Truly enjoyed the condo. From the pictures and reviews, it matches exactly. It is a perfect fit for 4 and could do 6 with the sleeper in the living room. The daily beach service is what sold us and it was nice to have included. The condo facilities are a little older but the staff is superb and locations is perfect. We would definately stay here again. Thanks to the owner for being so friendly and helpful.

We had a great stay. The place is beautiful and well maintained. The view from the balcony was fantastic. Great people to work with. I would definitely come back. If you're looking for a condo in Destin for a get-a-way, just remember: "Life's a Beach!"

We love our stay at your condo. The place was well located in the Destin area. It certainly met our expectation of a wonderful place. We took walks on the beach, swam in the heated pool, and did a few fishing trips. We have the best meal at The Red Bar and Bay Cafe. Both are wonderful find in the area.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We were able to reserve this condo on very short notice and enjoyed our Thanksgiving weekend. It was fantastic. Because it was the end of the season, availability of restaurants and recreation were no problem. Our boat rental was at a much reduced rate. Due to Black Friday, there were many sales and shopping opportunities at the nearby malls in Destin and Sandestin. This condo is better than is represented in the photos. The weather was great. The beach was fantastic and we hope to return soon. The facilities were very clean and well-kept with no problems whatsoever. The traffic was very light. The nearby restaurants were all open and the food was great. There were many quality restaurants within a half-mile of the condo. The beach was pristine (no oil). If you decide to fly in to Destin Airport, this condo is a 15-minute walk from the terminal. It was idyllic. Our memories are keeping us going until our next visit.

We had a great month in early winter. We had unlimited access to as much beach as we cared to walk on. The winter stays are far and away better for many reasons , too many to list. It is within easy walking distance ( 1 mile ) to everything we were looking for. The unit was very nice and hope to do it again.

First of all, the pictures of the place are just like the apartment. Everything is in good condition, and you have plenty of everything you need for your stay. Remodel is actually better than the pictures. Pros - Apartment was spotless and everything worked. The location in Destin is close to restaurants, groceries, etc. Having the entire ocean front wall made of glass gives you an excellent view of the ocean 24/7. There was no shortage of dolphins near the beach for your amusement. We were fortunate to kayak alongside a group of about 8-9 dolphins for about 20-30 minutes. The dolphins provided a great show with lots of activity out of the water - it was just an incredible experience. The views from every room in that building are excellent - they are so close to the water you feel as if you can touch the ocean. The building management keeps the premises spotless. Pool is cleaned before 7 AM, beach chairs/umbrellas ready by 8 AM, and everything works in gym. We used the gas grills one evening and they looked brand new. Cons - None. Perfect for 3 people, very tight for 4. Be aware though, that the beach chairs and umbrellas are provided by a 3rd party for a fee. At the same time, folks at rental could not be nicer. They have chairs, umbrellas, and sea kayaks for rent. Another minor annoyance that is not clearly explained in the posting is that the twin beds in second room consist of a twin bed with an under-bed trundle. Once you pull it out, there is no room for anything else. Since the second room has no closet, space is really, really tight - almost non-existent when the trundle bed is pulled out. A truly enjoyable place that has been updated to offer a memorable stay.
