Colony II condominiums at Oyster Bay offers a vacation rental 5 minutes from the beach. Sunset Beach is conveniently located between Wilmington, North Carolina and Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. This location puts you minutes from many restaurants and shopping and famous Calabash, North Carolina.
Only 15 minutes further to North Myrtle Beach. Myrtle Beach is just beyond there. Here you will find unlimited restaurants and recreation including golf, miniature golf, Broadway style shows, outlet shopping and amusement parks.
This condominium was finished in 2006 and offers comfortable and relaxing accommodations. This 3 bedroom 2 bath unit overlooking the pool includes an indoor Jacuzzi, indoor pool and gym. Our condominium is located on the 2nd floor, corner unit, right by the elevator.
One bedroom contains 2 twin beds with a nautical theme. The 2nd bedroom is a queen room with palm tree decor. The large master bedroom, including bath, which also overlooks the pool, has a rustic vibe.
The kitchen which is fully stocked with all of the amenities which you would need opens up to the great room which includes the dining room and living room. Additional amenities include a washer/dryer, iron/ironing board also televisions in all rooms. Bed and bath linens are provided as well as beach chairs and beach umbrella. Property is privately owned but managed by Starheel Properties. SPECIAL WINTER RATE - $425.00/WEEK
