The grounds at Villas Baja are truly straight from Paradise! This beautiful condo has 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, dining room, living room combination, and features a high vaulted ceiling to add to the spaciousness. It comes with a quaint little "Tiki Bar" for making your favorite Margarita! There is an awesome balcony just off the living room, complete with patio furniture and a gas grill to cook up your fresh catch of the day!
You will look down on a comforting babbling fountain and lush native foliage and tropical trees situated on the Fonatur (public) golf course. The grounds are truly straight from paradise and a cobblestone walk takes you to an awesome heated (when necessary) swimming pool complete with a palapa entertainment area from which you can view the sparkling sea and beautiful golf course.
The condo is 1400 square feet and comes with a washer/dryer and features spacious king and queen size bedrooms, as well as a couch that will sleep one. There is also an inflatable bed available for extra sleeping guests. The glass tile block bath is very inviting at the end of a busy day.
The kitchen is fully equipped,including a dishwasher and Garbage disposal. The marble dining table area seats 6-8. The living room is furnished with soft butter leather furniture and comes complete with TV, Stereo ,and High Speed Internet, it is beautifully appointed and will add to your lounging enjoyment.
This wonderful place is ideally located just a few yards from a great Mexican eatery called ""El Patio", they will even deliver if you don't feel like cooking or eating out. The food is excellent and so are the prices and the service. Also nearby is another great restaurant called "the Rusty Putter" which also offers a great little putting green that "the young as well as the young-at-heart", enjoy.
The Mega superstore is also only a block away, along with other eateries and shops to browse in. A brisk little walk will take you to the Sea in only 4 minutes! You can fish from the beach, play in the salt water, rent a wave runner and bask in the sun with the whales, ride horseback on the sand, ATV, or simply relax with a book and enjoy the warmth of the sun, sand, sea and wonderful Mexican hospitality. The sea is famous for deep sea fishing, surfing, para sailing, wind surfing, kayaking, and boating to mention a few.
Located only minutes away from charming downtown San Jose Del Cabo, you will find all kinds of fun items in quaint little shops, specializing in silver jewelry, cotton wear, antiques, art, pastries, tequila, and much more. The Old Mission at the town square speaks of the ancient native architecture, history and very inviting Mexican culture, that they are so pleased to share with you. You will find world renown dining establishments, (Morgans) great places to dance, (the Tropicanna) sports bars, (the Tulip Tree) and much, much more... all lending to an awesome vacation!
