Perfect Location in Chinatown
Stayed for a week in January 2011. Benjamin was a wonderful owner who helped us check in and gave us a helpful welcome. He gave us plenty of local tips to go along with the information book that was in the condo. The condo had everything that we needed for a lovely week stay. We loved the view of the bridge. The location was fantastic, situated in Chinatown, and we walked everywhere around Victoria. The brewpub next door was my husband's favorite place to spend time. Excellent food and a good crowd. I would recommend this place to any and everyone I know. Benjamin, thanks to you!

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment in August. The apartment has everything we could possible need, and a lovely view. It's well located, with easy short walk to the shops and restaurants, and a great waterside bar/restauratnt just outside. The apartment was very clean and quiet too. The owner was also very helpful. We'd definitely stay here again, when we're back in Victoria

About the owner: I have been brewing beer professionally for over ten years at various locations in Victoria, and my partner is one of Victoria's most notable realtors. We are drawn to the carefree lifestyle that downtown condo living offers and we live a ten minute walk away from our vacation rental - which we adored living in for 7 years.
