The place is super nice, we loved the outdoor decks and the fire place in the bedroom. Nice wood floors and colors.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

We are always trying to improve the property with a little extra touch each time, for the next guest. We just added a Netflix account Dish Network 250, new interior lighting and new cushions for the back Patio.

The house is so nice. Ditto the comments from the renters above. The beds, linens, towels all are the best. The shower has a steam element to it which was special. We wanted to be outside most of the day, we'd start with our morning coffee on the private porch and ended with nightcaps there. While there, the local newspaper came out with the 2010 Readers Choice "Best of" for Santa Fe, Carmel Valley, Del Mar and Solana Beach areas. Two of the "Best of" restaurants were within a block of this house, Delicias and Mille Fleurs. Can't bet that ! Very nice and helpful owner too. We'll be back. Enjoy!Did you find this review helpful? We had a fantastic family trip at this gorgeous townhome. The property was extremely clean, well-decorated, and high-end in every way. The beds are super comfortable, with luxurious linens- I have difficulties sleeping on the road and I had no problems here. The owners are extremely helpful and accessible. We loved waking up in the morning and walking to Rancho Santa Fe village (3 minutes) for our morning coffee. It's only a 15 minute drive to the beach. I would absolutely visit this property again and have already recommended it to several friends and clients.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

We rented this place while we were getting ready to move into a house we were renovating. This place is super nice. The location is superb and my wife liked it so much she began reconsidering the house we had bought 2 miles away! My two daughter loved walking to get coffee and watch people or jogging around the golf course walking path. You can walk to everything in the village and the beach is a short drive away. There is excellent shopping in Encinitas, Del Mar and Carlsbad while still being able to retreat to the Ranch and get away from it all. There is nothing as nice as a place in the Ranch and this is a really nice place to stay when you're here.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.
