Unit 502 is a two bedroom, two bath condo that has been recently updated with fresh paint and decor. The living room includes new furniture with flat screen TV, sleep sofa, loveseat, chair and lamps. The master bedroom features a king size bed and master bath plus a large closet and plenty of drawer space. The guest bedroom has two twin beds. With the sleep sofa this unit comfortably sleeps six.
The Islander is in the Holiday Isle neighborhood - the ideal location for a Destin vacation. Holiday Isle is a unique neighborhood off Hwy 98 with the Gulf of Mexico to the south and Destin Harbor to the north. There is no through traffic or congestion, but you are still just minutes away from restaurants, shopping amusement parks, and golfing.
The Islander has much to offer: our own sugar white sandy beach, two swimming pools, two hot tubs, outdoor gazebo with BBQ grills, shuffleboard, tennis courts, basketball court, and a friendly staff waiting to greet you.
Minimum age is 25 (strictly enforced). No pets or smoking permitted.

The condo was perfect for our girls week trip! This unit provided everything that we needed. From the moment you walk in, the view takes your breath away. It could not have been anymore perfect. There was plenty of comfortable space for all five of us to sleep and freshen up after a day at the beach . The condo had all of the amenities that we needed. Location was exceptional...close to great restaurants and shopping galore! Great place to stay---would definately recommend to all of my friends and family!

I felt my body completely relax when I walked into the Condo. I opened the glass door to the balcony and watched a group of dolphins swim by jumping and playing in the water. The sound of the ocean was a music to my ears. That was just the first 5 minutes I was there. The condo is beautifully decorated and quite comfortable. I loved the flat screen TV in the master bedroom and the large windows. My biggest decision each day was, Do I get in the heated pool or walk the beach? Do I get in the oceans or just lay in the sun? Life is so good at the Islander. I felt at home the minute I arrived and just hated to leave. I was impressed with the staff and the way the pool and beach were cleaned everyday. It was a place I would return to in a minute. You would not regret a visit to this property site.

The condo itself was wonderful - very clean, comfortable, lots of room, beautifully decorated with a terrific view of the gulf. The complex is perfectly situated - "off the beaten path" but within walking distance of stores and easy driving distance of a multitude of restaurants. The pool was inviting - the perfect temperature - and we thoroughly enjoyed our time on the private beach. This condo is the perfect place to relax as well as enjoy all that Destin and the beach have to offer. I highly recommend it..
