Next to the kitchen, accessible by a separate entrance, are two guest rooms, each with a private bathroom. The lower level comprises a private studio suite complete with kitchen, private bath, and an outdoor lounging area. A sprawling veranda, featuring additional outdoor living space, connects the studio to the other guest rooms. ALL BEDROOMS HAVE OCEAN VIEWS!

Why the Owner Chose Tamarind Hill Estates
The villa is custom designed and built and we are the original owners. We wanted it to have a true island feel, like it is part of the island and belongs there. The building lot was love at first sight and our view will always be there....and so will the waves. Having both the French and Dutch culture is amazing and it is located on the Dutch side near the French border. St Maarten is "the friendly island".
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
The view, especially at sunrise is absolutely spectacular; it is fabulous. It is hard to decide weather to have coffee and breakfast by the pool, take an early morning walk to Red Pond beach (great workout) or shell hunt on the beach below. The established neighborhood is quiet and very safe. It is a place to escape the real world, away from traffic, noise, neon signs and tourists, yet only minutes to restaurants, beaches and the marina.
Voted as one of the best beaches in the Caribbean! Excellent snorkling. Several awarding winning restaurants, including a pizza and small grocery store.
This beach doesn't have any amenities but sand, sun, and water. Perfect if you want privacy, no crowds and natural beauty. A wonderful morning hike!
Restaurants, Dinghy Dock Pub, and Captain Oliver's Marina with charters boats and express boats to St. Barths.

This was our third time renting a villa in St Maarten. This villa was so far ahead of the others it was incredible. The property was immaculate. The photos really don't do it justice. Everything was as advertised. There is plenty to do within a 10 minute drive. The owner was available to me and answered all questions honestly. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great vacation. If you go, try Big Fish restaurant (at the bottom by Mr. Busby's). We rented a boat at the marina (5 min away) and sailed around the island. It is a different view and pretty amazing.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We had an outsanding experience with Villa Caribella. The owner was easy to deal with and delivered on everything promised. The Villa's view is spectacular and the inside is clean, modern and well maintained. The Villa is in a somewhat remote but in an upscale and secure area. If you are looking for a relaxed, quiet and private vacation I would highly recommend this Villa. The Westin Hotel is a 5 minute drive which was also nice. The only caution is the roads into the Villa are extremely steep which is not out of ordinary for the area but if you do not like driving big hills you might think twice. However many of the Villa's on island and especially in this area will all have this issue so it is not specific to Villa Caribella.

This was our 2nd visit to St. Maarten and we really enjoyed it again. The villa is amazing and very well equipped. The food, the people, the beaches are what makes this place, a place you want to come back again and again. Thank you for opening your villa to us.

My husband and I LOVE Villa Caribella! You will feel very pampered there. I did extensive research before we decided to approach Deborah about renting her home. She is as genuine as she seems and the property is better than the pictures. We went last year for the first time, returned again this year and will likely go next year. The house is spectacular!! It is equipped with everything you need, except food of course. St. Martin is wonderful and very easy to get around. The weather is gorgeous and you can swim from early morning to late at night. There are plenty of towels, books, beach bags, etc.at the house. Paulette who comes to clean is lovely as well. The house faces St. Barts, so it is fun to see all the mega yachts and ships cruising between the two islands. Dawn Beach, which is nearby, is great to go for the day and spend it under the umbrella when you want a change from the pool at the house. The tropical fish will swim right up to you, which was amazing. There are other great beaches as well, such as Orient and Grand Case. In terms of security, we never felt concerned for our safety at all. We were careful not to leave anything in the car when we went away from the property and the house itself is very secure. We hiked every day early in the morning down to the sea and back to the house without any issues or concerns.

We wanted to let you know that we had a wonderful time during our recent visit to St Maarten. Your home is absolutely beautiful. Your manager was very helpful, we felt right at home as soon as we walked in with him. We have talked about coming back with some other couples. Thank you again for making the entire process very easy and we appreciate your offer to stay the extra night after our flight was cancelled. We did end up with accommodations provided by US Air just minutes from the airport.
