Why the Owner Chose Dawn Beach
The villa is custom designed and built and we are the original owners. We wanted it to have a true island feel, like it is part of the island and belongs there. The building lot was love at first sight and our view will always be there....and so will the waves. Having both the French and Dutch culture is amazing and it is located on the Dutch side near the French border. St Maarten is "the friendly island".
The Unique Benefits of this Villa
The view, especially at sunrise is hard to describe; it is fabulous. It is hard to decide weather to have coffee and breakfast by the pool, take an early morning walk to Red Pond beach (great workout) or shell hunt on the beach below. The established neighborhood is quiet and very safe. It is a place to escape the real world, away from traffic, noise, neon signs and tourists, yet only minutes to restaurants, beaches and the marina.
