Are you looking for an affordable, convenient and pretty vacation spot on Providenciales this winter?

Welcome to Villa Daisanadu, a central, breezy hilltop location overlooking Turtle Cove Marina and the Atlantic Ocean. This entirely self-contained one bedroom apartment occupies the lower level of our home in Providenciales. Amenities include spacious bedroom with king-sized bed and a/c, living room with LCD TV, fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom and private laundry room. The large deck, with it's sweeping views, is designed for your relaxation and privacy. Cable and wi-fi are provided for your convenience.

The house is a short walk (less than 2 minutes, all downhill)to the many restaurants and bars of Turtle Cove, yet is private and quiet. A little farther away, but still within easy walking distance (less than 10 minutes), begins the western end of world-famous Grace Bay beach and the great snorkeling of Smith's Reef. With the Marina right at the doorstep, the spot is ideal for people wishing to dive, deep sea fish or just take one of the many excursions that leave from the dock.

Turtle Cove is the perfect location for your holiday. Situated more or less in the middle of Providenciales, it's a great spot to easily access the numerous sights of the island. There are 5 restaurants, 2 dive operators, 2 fishing charters, 2 snorkeling charters, and the Players Club Casino located right in the Marina! A bike, scooter and car rental shop is also on-site, should you decide to explore other parts of the island. A gym and tennis court lie just across the road. IGA, the main grocery store, is 1.6 miles away. The airport is 4.5 miles (a $15 cab ride) away. The ferry to North Caicos is a 15 minute drive.

  • We just returned from our third Thanksgiving Day trip to the T & C and we LOVE LOVE LOVED Villa Daisanadu! We were immediately made to feel welcome and right at home. The house is absolutely charming and we thought the apartment is actually nicer than the photos showed it to be - comfortable and welcoming and spotless. In particular, my husband and I enjoyed the art in the apartment - a truly nice touch; photographs, vintage magazine ads, and artifacts collected over the course of the owner's stay in Provo. The deck, as the photos show, is gorgeous. We have rented condos in Provo before, but enjoyed this more. The location was perfect for us. My husband is an avid diver and I enjoy snorkeling, so every morning he would walk down to the marina to dive with Dive Provo while I would do some snorkeling at Smith's Reef or at the other beach access. Afterward, we would meet at Sharkbite or Tiki Hut for afternoon cocktails. In the afternoons we would usually go to the beach. The walk is short, but we had a car and it took less than a minute to drive to the beach from the house. We had two really nice dinners out. At our hostess' suggestion we ate at Amanyara and Grace's Cottage. Neither were inexpensive, but they were both worth the money. On Thanksgiving Day we prepared dinner in the apartment. We trust Dolly and Butter, Daisanadu's beautiful resident golden retrievers are enjoying the turkey leftovers we left for them. So, we'd spend the day in the gorgeous water, the afternoon in the bars and the evenings at home enjoying a cocktail on the deck while watching the twinkling Christmas lights in the palm trees and Turtle Cove....hmmmm...sounds like we had a lot of cocktails...??!! This vacation was Heaven...improved only by the reasonable price. I would not hesitate to recommend this rental to anyone looking for a great place to stay. Thanks so much for a great vacation.   • This was our first trip to Provo. My husband and I were looking for an affordable place to stay near or on the beach but still wanted someplace nice, clean, and with a view. This was the perfect place for us! We could have spent twice as much at a hotel on the beach, but why bother when the beach is less than a few minutes away by car? By staying here, we saved enough to pay for a car for the week (we wanted to tour the island), some very nice dinners, groceries, and still had money left over vs. staying at a hotel!! We were so lucky to have found Barb and her wonderful space. It is definitely more of a home than a "rental,” and it was indeed clean with comfortable and stylish furnishings in line with the tropical setting, as well as a spacious bedroom with direct access to the fantastic porch. What a wonderful view of the beautiful ocean! During our trip, there was a meteor shower, so we sat under the stars with the cool ocean breeze and watched the show with a nice glass of wine. Perfect! I must admit, I was a little unsure whether I would be disappointed without a pool on site, but honestly, the beaches are so clean and the water calm and clear, so we did not miss having a pool at all. Actually, some of the hotels are so anxious for business that they told us we could use their pool in exchange for buying cocktails and such, but we didn't feel the need. We did, however, use empty beach chairs in front of the resorts all week, and no one ever said anything to us about it. However, Barb does provide beach chairs and a beach umbrella, beach towels, snorkel fins, an ice chest, and we left a pool float there (used in the ocean), so you can pack light. She even gave us a cell phone to use during the week. Also, Barb was very helpful with dining and excursion recommendations, providing maps, etc. (but only when asked - she didn't come down and bother us uninvited at all). We recommend Sail Provo for the snorkel trip - it was by far the best boat on the water for that kind of trip. Mango Reef was great for fresh yet affordable meals. Sanadia, the bartender, made a great Mango Mojito!

  • My friends and I had a great time. The location was perfect for my 5th vacation on Provo. I wanted more of a "local" experience rather than just being a tourist on the beach. We felt right a home and had a really fun, relaxing adventure on the island. Having a rental car was key and we were able to explore all of Provo from this central location on Turtle Cove Marina. And the price couldn't be more reasonable. Will absolutely remember this as one of my best vacations. We learned a lot, laughed a lot and my life is enriched by the experience. Thanks so much.

  • What a beautiful spot! Everything about this house shows how much the owners care about it. The colors, the garden, the linens; every detail thought out. Expect a HOME and not a "rental unit". We loved the deck and spent many lazy hours just taking it all in. The proximity to food and drink were an added bonus and the beach is spectacular. We will be back!

  • We had a fabulous escape at this lovely home. We enjoyed many mornings with coffee and a good book on the shaded porch looking out at the view of the marina and ocean beyond. Beaches are beautiful and the water is pristine and refreshing. The owners were very hospitable and provided great tips for getting the most out of our stay.
