My family had rented the whole lodge for a reuion in 2010 and really loved it. So once again rented the whole lodge for 2011 family reuion and found that the cabin we stayed in was not clean. We shared the cabin with dirty, dead bug encrusted linen, a dead mouse trap in the bathroom and spiders all over the place, and ants in the bathroom, one of the cabins actually had a dead mouse in a trap in their bathroom. The shower head in the batheroom was too short. And I am short and kept bumping my head on the shower head. I fully understand it is a cabin but it should have been cleaned. The people that stayed last year was shocked by how poorly cared for the whole lodge was. And when the maid came to clean and change sheets she was in a binki top and said she had a family emergence. But there wasn't anyone who came in to do her work. So we still had dirty linens and a very dirty room. So if you go here check your room very carefully. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE EVER. THE COST OF THE ROOM DOESN'T MATCH THE QUALITY OF OUR STAY.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 4/4
