My family (6 adults, 2 kids) stayed at the Crew's Nest for a week and had the best time. The house was exactly as advertised; everything was new and clean. The rooms (both bedrooms & common areas) are very spacious. We could all be together without feeling cramped, but there were still enough places to get some "alone" time when you needed it. We spent a great deal of time outside as well, both on the main balcony and down by the canal. The deck was in very good shape; no safety concerns at all. We caught lots of fish off the dock, by the way! It was very relaxing with great (mild) weather the whole week. Being right on the canal was ideal. We brought our boat and it was so handy to be able to simply tie it up at the dock. The house is towards the end so there is hardly any wake traffic bouncing the boat around. And cruising all of the canals was a fun way to explore the area. This lovely home made for a wonderful family vacation. We will definitely be coming back again!

This home is wonderful! We stay here as often as possible. Great view from the large upper deck. Fantastic sleeping on wonderful beds. Chef's kitchen..... if you want to cook. Isolated lower apt for multiple family outings. All first class furnature and super comfortable. Thought we were in a model home it was so clean. Very close to Port A, Rockport and not far from Corpus. World class fishing for Trout and Reds in the famous Estis Flats just across from the canal. Plenty of covered parking and water to clean the boat. Wouldn't change a thing!

Hello All, We have stayed in this house on several occasions and I felt compelled to let you know how nice it really is. It is absolutely the best house in the area. Completely remodeled inside and out…… all new. Huge master and guest bedroom up and additional guest bedroom on the ground floor. Kitchen completely remodeled and clean as a pin. A Giant family room and a GREAT porch on the second story over looking the canal. Exceptional fishing very close and a nice deep canal and dock for your boat. The town of Rockport is a five minute drive with many shops and restaurants. If it is available, you will not regret your choice. JR
