Quaint beach cottage across the street from the beach in downtown Cayucos. Fully stocked with luxurious bed and bath linens, sumbody bath products, games and movies for the family, a bbq, and everything you need to prepare and serve a meal for 4. It is available and ready for the perfect seaside escape!
The cottage is a part of the Cass House Inn & Restaurant. Breakfast is available for an additional charge and includes house made pastries, fruit from our garden, house cured bacon, quiche or baked eggs, and fresh squeezed orange juice. The restaurant is open for dinner Thursday through Monday night.

- The charming coastal community of Cayucos is an ideally situated home base for your vacation on the Central Coast. The town is littered with antique stores housed in old buildings, fish and chip eateries with views of the ocean, and surf shops that supply visitors with surfboards and accessories to maximize enjoyment of the beach. Our favorite lunch destination is Ruddell’s Smokehouse, you can’t beat Jim’s smoked fish tacos or his prime location on the sidewalk across the street from the water. Cap off your night with a drink at the Old Cayucos Tavern, look closely and you will see old photos of the Cass House dining room hung above the bar. In room massage services are available (rates start at $110 per hour, please call for details) and the following attractions are within a 30 mile radius of the house: wine tasting in Paso Robles and the Edna Valley, Hearst Castle, Montana de Oro State Park, the Elephant Seal Sanctuary, and Downtown San Luis Obispo among many others.

My family and I have stayed in the Blue House twice and each time everything was perfect. Our first stay was during Thanksgiving week in which my family of three enjoyed a wonderful week in Cayucos. The second stay included a mommy and daughter week of fun. The house is clean, neat and located in the heart town. You can walk to any restaurant, market, the pier and to the Brown Butter Cookie Store. The staff at the Cass House are always so helpful and nice. I look forward to another stay in the near future.
