This 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom townhouse, located in the Villages of Five Points, Lewes, DE, was renovated in 2008. It is located on the east side of Route 1, and has easy access to Lewes Beach. Cape Henlopen State Park, which also offers a beach and year-round activities for families, is nearby. In addition, the Rehoboth Beach boardwalk is only short distance away.
The first floor of this home offers a fully functioning kitchen,with sliders opening up to the yard with grill and patio set. Combined living room and dining room, cable television and DVD player, a half bath and closet. The second floor has two bedrooms, which share a bathroom, and a laundry room. The entire third floor is devoted to the open master bedroom. It has a full bath, television with cable and DVD player.
This home is exceptionally cared for! Just walk in you will see! It is impeccably clean and has everything you will need to enjoy your stay at the Delaware beaches!

I took my 4 kids and in-laws and had a great vacation. The pack n play in the second bedroom closet served as a great baby room and the three other kids loved the bunk bed and toddler bed in the other bedroom. Gave the in-laws the upstairs suite - which was great! Great amenities for the babes from a strap in seat for feeding to a baby gate. The pool is in walking distance and has a baby pool! Great for families, close to everything. And we loved Cape Henlopen park which is very close.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

I rented this home for my family vacation it was our first time to Delaware beaches and we fell in love with the area, This home is in a very nice community and is minutes from the bay or ocean beaches, My children (13, 10, 3, and 1) all had a wonderful time. They loved the house and the pool. They keep asking when we are going back. It is a very well taken care of home one of the nicest I have ever rented on VRBO. Thanks for a great vacation hope to come back next summer.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

The property was in a great community. Everything, pool, shops, restaurants, grocery,within walking distance. Very quiet area. Easy driving distance to beaches. House was clean and had all the amenities anyone would need for a comfortable stay.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

We stayed there the week of March 29, 2009. This place is clean and had everything we need. The owners are hands on. They provided us with all the information we needed to enjoy are stay, even left complementary coffee for us. We will be coming back in the near future if everything goes according to plan. Just came back from a great beach week vacation. This unit is great, very clean and nicely decorated. The owners are hands-on and it shows. We visited with our daughter and 2 grandkids ages 8 and 2&1/2. We spent mornings at the beach, came back for lunch and rest and then walked 1 block to the pool. This pool is very clean and beautifully maintained. Lifeguards on duty at all times and open to 8 pm. I use vrbo all of the time and this is the nicest unit I have stayed in.
