Very pretty home, with a pretty neat layout. Nice area for play time in the garage. Warm and inviting living room. Very nice owners. We have been going to Sunriver for over a decade and always find a new house to rent. We may have found our all time favorite! Beautiful, with luxury furnishings and a bathroom for everyone. Our family has grown over the years and now accomodating 4 couples with multiple kids can be difficult. The kids loved the rec rooms with all of its ammenities and I've never slept so good in a bed away from home. The owner also went out of her way to help us recoup my teenagers lost hairdryer. Don't hesitate to book this one!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

From the moment you arrive at this beautiful Sunriver home you feel the stress fall off your shoulders. This was a perfect family home for our Memorial Day weekend. We had our immediate family, my mom and my in-laws with us and all of us had our own space in this wonderfully designed floor plan. Many days were spent out on the bikes or in the entertaining game room. The culdesac location and close proximity to the north store and highway 97 are hard to beat and the deer that frequented the back yard were a welcome treat. The massive fireplace heats up the home in a jiffy and the open great room to gourmet kitchen area allowed for conversation during meal prep. The home was clean, warm and inviting. We hope to return at some point. Thank you again for sharing your lovely home with us.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing.

This is an absolutely wonderful home. Large comfortable bedrooms, beautiful great room and a fully stocked kitchen. This house is a hidden treasure and very easy to find off hey 97. We will definitely rent this house again.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, people with disabilities, adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing.

This home is absolutely beautiful. The description and layout were perfect. The home is fully stocked and very cozy! I would highly recommend this property. It was easy to find, and a bike ride from the Village Mall and Ft. Rock Park. There were 6 adult bikes as well as a pool table/ping pong table, foosball, games etc. The kitchen is fully stocked with every thing you will need and the fireplace in the family room was where everyone ended up wanting to congregate to play games, watch movies, read or just get warm. We had a great time and look forward to returning in the future.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, adventure seekers.

Cancellation policy:
In the event of a cancellation the full lease amount minus the reservation fee will be refunded up to 40 days prior to occupancy. No refunds will be made after this time. However, if Owner finds replacement tenants, tenant shall promptly receive a prorated refund, minus the cancellation fee, based on the days leased to new tenant. A security deposit of $550 is due no later than 60 days prior to occupancy in the form of a separate check. The entire security deposit or any balance of the deposit remaining after lawful deductions shall be returned to tenant within 10 busines days of checkout.
