The house can easily accommodate 14 people with 2 Master suites, 3 guest bedrooms and 3 sleeper sofas. Guests can enjoy a private pool, gourmet kitchen, butler's pantry, laundry facilities, 3 stop elevator, and an outdoor entertaining area with gas grill. The Master bedroom on the first floor contains a king bed, sleeper sofa, TV/DVD, & private bath with garden tub/separate shower. The first level also has an eat-in gourmet kitchen, dining room, & family room with queen sleeper sofa.

The second floor has another Master bedroom with a king bed, sleeper sofa, TV/DVD, & private bath with garden tub/separate shower.   • 13 Abalone Alley is so much better than the pictures! The actual experience is the perfect balance of being in a gated, resort community loaded with pools, bike rentals, restaurants etc. with access to all public beaches. Our group of 10 adult children and 2 grandchildren found cooking in a gourmet kitchen with large bedrooms and private baths the best of the 5 home rentals we've done to date. Owners and managers were a delight--responsive and made it all stress free. 10 out of 10 would be our rating!

  • 13 Abolone House is a FABULOUS home. The emenities are the very best with no detail left unexplored. I recommend that you and your family rent bikes as there is so much to explore along with riding bikes on the beach. The "Public Beach House" is about a mile away (on the bike path) to the east and is a fabulous place to watch the the sun come up. The beach is a five minute walk and can be viewed from the terrace of one of the master bedrooms. We had a wonderful time; enjoyed the pool and the waterfall. We would love to return someday--I told my husband that "I found my new Florida!"

  • Our stay at your home was wonderful; we enjoyed every moment of it, the stay was too short. The home itself is absolutely beautiful, with all the desired conveniences away from home anyone could ever want. The beds slept great, not crowded and no waiting for the bathrooms, loved using the open spaced kitchen and stove; a chefs deam spot, and the garage and elevator were a plus because we surely needed them with the luggage and grocery. The early morning patio breakfast fellowship was heavenly. We did not use all of the amenities, but it was certainly nice to know that they are available if we wanted to use them. Most of us signed the guess book to show just how much we enjoyed staying at your house. Thank you so very much for renting to us. We all take away memories that will last a life time from that trip!   • Spectacular home with a unique layout, equally stunning decor and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. The gourmet kitchen is a cook's delight. The multiple outside spaces (pool, 2nd floor deck, screened porch) were extraordinary. Staying at this home was as much a part of the vacation experience as being at the beach. Absolutely no negatives for this property. We have already booked our second visit.

  • This house is a home away from home. The decor is unlike any other "beach house" we have ever stayed in. The bedrooms and baths are roomy and comfortable. The round table in the dining room invited great dinner conversations and the kitchen has plenty of room for many cooks. Don't miss an opportunity to stay here.

  • This house is beautiful. The lay out is great you have lots of room. The screened in porch makes a place to gather at. The pool has a wonderful breeze at all times. Everthing about this house is perfect. A great home away from home. I will stay here again. My very favorite place to stay. Have a great vacation.
