Anyone renting for a month or more will be entitled to 6 hours of running time aboard the Persistence--ideal for family outings, picnics, or exploring the coast on your own yacht. In addition, Sea Lea comes with full complimentary maid/cleaning services each morning--so leave the chores behind as you vacation in this serene and lovely spot.
Sea Lea, built in the NE Cape style, has every amenity and four spacious bedrooms--each with an exceptional view to the sea. The master suite is downstairs, with spacious closets and a king size bed. Large doors open directly to the ocean facing deck. The downstairs includes a two story foyer, a large living room with full fireplace, elegant dining room and large modern kitchen that includes a table for more informal dining. In addition there is a television/study room perfect for computer games and informal lounging.
The upstairs in the main house has three large bedroom, one with a queen size bed, and two with twin single beds. Each bedroom looks out directly at the Ocean. They are served by a bathroom cleverly designed to separate out the double sink area from the bathtubs and toilets.
A two car garage is attached to the main house, as is an upstairs studio apartment that is served by its own staircase. Perfect for guests, or for anyone needing their own space and privacy.
Sea Lea is just several hundred yards down the road from four tennis courts and an active, informal community house maintained by the Juniper Point Association, and moments away from Boothbay Harbor, the boating capital of Maine. |
