Futon and full bathroom downstairs. Spacious, ideal for entertaining. Downstairs porch. All the comforts of home. Private dock slip across the street. Just steps away from beaches, gift shops, grocery stores and restaurants. Please call for last minute rental specials. Reservations are held with a 50% deposit. Balance due 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellation 60 days prior to arrival - full deposit refunded, less 10% to cover bank charges, etc. Cancellation less than 60 days prior to arrival and we are able to book the cottage for those dates - full deposit refunded, less 10%. Cancellation less than 60 days prior to arrival and we are not able to book the cottage for those dates - deposit forfeited.
