This suite is not only stylish, but also spacious with 1000 square feet of beauty and all the amenities. This suite has been newly renovated with luxury in mind. Clean, beautiful, modern bathroom with bathtub/shower. East and West sunlight exposure, with six windows to bring lots of light in. Hardwood strip floors. This suite is beautifully furnished, with two flat screen TVs. Full kitchen equipped with all major appliances (refrigerator, oven and stove, microwave, coffee maker, etc.), with all dishware and utensils included.
This neighborhood in the Lower East side is known for its restaurants, bars, nightclubs, coffee shops/tea houses & hip boutiques and shopping. There’s a lot to do with all the shopping, great restaurants and bars. Just a short walk from the lower East Side and SoHo. It is very convenient if you like to spend time Uptown or Downtown. About 10 minute walk from the F train line at Houston Street and Second Avenue and the L train line at 14th Street and First Avenue. Also, only 15 minute walk from the 4, 5, & 6 train lines at Bleecker Street and the V train line at Broadway and Houston Street. Walking distance to New York University (NYU), Greenwich Village, Nolita, Chinatown and Little Italy. Quick subway ride from Times Square, Columbus Circle and Central Park.
Rates: All reservations are subject to New York State and New York City taxes. The aforementioned rate does not include these taxes. Rates are also subject to change based on season and availability. Reservation and Deposit: The suite is for the number of people as indicated by the reservation. Minimum of 4 nights required. Deposit is due upon booking for half of the total payment amount plus $500 refundable security deposit prior to check-in. Space reservation will not be confirmed until deposit is received. Remainder of balance is due upon arrival. Accepted payment methods include credit cards and cash. The $500 security deposit will be refunded within two weeks if suite is maintained properly. However, in the case of improper maintenance and/or damage, the $500 security deposit will be kept.
Restrictions: These are non-smoking suites. No pets allowed. No parties allowed. Check-in time is between 3:00 and 7:00 pm. Checkout time is no later than 11:00 am.
Airport Service: Transportation between the airport and the suite is available for an extra fee. Advanced notice of at least 7 days must be given in order to arrange pick-up and transport for either arrivals or departures.

We stayed at Jimmy's lower east side apartment for 5 days in October. First off, Jimmy was so kind and friendly, he was helpful with recommendations, timely with email/phone responses and even gave us a bottle of wine upon our arrival. He was so warm and inviting and we loved him instantly. The apartment is quite live-able: its spacious, kept up well, with comfortable beds, a very nice bathroom, and comfortable sitting area. The TV is very small (think college dorm size), but if you are going to NYC and plan to watch TV, you probably should plan a different vacation, or just stay home. The building itself is old and filled with charm, it has great brick walls, and that black and white tile on the floor, we stayed in the top floor apartment (3 floor walk-up), but Jimmy owns the other two apartments which are on the 1st and 2nd floors, if you don't dig stairs. The apartment is not very close to the subway, but is walkable to several lines. Taxis are readily available by just stepping out of the front door. There are lots of great places within walking distance and it was never a hassle to get anywhere else. We will always stay with Jimmy if traveling with a big enough group to justify the 2-3 bedrooms!

We rented two apartments from Jimmy for 14 people, and another down the street from someone else for 6 people, to fit a large family group. When our other reservation was cancelled on us 2 days before our trip (double booked), Jimmy let us pack all 20 people into his two apartments and provided air beds and plenty of clean sheets and towels for everyone. The places were more than spacious enough to fit our entire group with an age range of 2 years old to 60 years old. They were both clean with great AC and not one bed bug. Jimmy was great, checking in on us and helping us navigate the area. We did have sketchy wifi, but we also had 20 people trying to share the network connection, and Jimmy was very apologetic about it. There are plenty of cafes with free wifi around so you'll never be totally stuck. It's a great place to stay for foodies and bar hoppers. There are REALLY EXCELLENT restaurants within walking distance and the bars in the surrounding area are POPPIN! Transportation tip: It's a bit of a walk to the subway, but if you take the 14D bus to Union Square (the stop is on E11 and Ave C) you can get almost all the trains from the Union Square subway stop. Metro Cards work on both buses and the subway. Thanks Jimmy for everything! We may be staying again!

WE ARE A COUPLE WITH TWO KIDS. WE STAYED AT THIS GREAT APARTMENT IN THE EAST VILLAGE AND IT WAS EXCELLENT. TOTALLY REMODELED, PERFECTLY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. THE BEDS, LINENS, FURNITURE, KITCHEN AND BATHROOM ARE ALL NEW. WE WERE THE ENVY OF OTHER PARENTS WITH KIDS WE MET AT THE PLAYGROUND WHO FOR THE SAME PRICE OR MORE STAYED IN A TINY HOTEL ROOM. HERE WE HAD TWO FULL BEDROOMS WITH A.C.. A LIVING ROOM, FULL KITCHEN WITH NEW APPLIANCES AND A BIG BATHROOM WITH A BATHRUB. ALSO IT WASNT FULL OF OTHER PEOPLES BELONGINGS AND ALL THE CLOSETS, FRIDGE, COUNTER SPACE ETC. WERE COMPLETELY FREE FOR OUR USE. THE OWNER IS A VERY NICE MAN WHO TOOK WONDERFUL CARE OF US. THE LOCATION IN THE HEART OF THE EAST VILLAGE IS AMAZING. WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENT TO ANYBODY TRAVELLING TO NEW YORK CITY. WETHER YOU ARE TRAVELLING WITH YOUR FAMILY, FRIENDS, OR ON A BUSINESS TRIP YOU WILL FIND THAT THIS APARTMENT IS EXCELLENT, HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION.
