Now is the time to plan your 2010 getaway in lovely Ocean Palms on Port Royal Plantation. You will love the peace and quiet of our cozy second floor villa as it is secluded and overlooking a quiet lagoon as well as the 9th tee of the Barony. It is nestled in the trees and offers complete privacy with only the sounds of birds and frogs.
Enjoy your morning coffee on the screened porch under the ceiling fan, or a glass of iced tea on the open deck. If you choose to eat in, you will find a full kitchen complete with dinnerware for 8 as well as pots, pans and baking dishes. A washer and dryer make it possible for you to pack light and avoid outside laundry worries. The open living area has a dining table to seat 6, as well as a breakfast bar which seats 4. The family room has a queen sleeper sofa and ample seating for watching TV which has VCR, DVD and CD player. Free WiFi is also provided for your convenience.
The spacious master bedroom has a king-sized bed, cable TV and ceiling fan. The bathroom has ample vanity space, two sinks and an oversized jetted tub with separate shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds (which, with notice, can be made into a king-sized bed), cable TV and a large bathroom with jetted tub/shower.
This non-smoking villa is bright and attractively appointed, and is a 5-minute walk to the beach. Rental of this unit includes full use of the Westin Hotel amenities including pools,fitness center and restaurants. For each day of your stay, you are entitled to one round of golf for up to 4 people paying cart fee only on all Port Royal courses and Shipyard, as well as special discounts on Oyster Reef and Palmetto Hall courses. Following your game of golf, you will want to cool down in the brand new and upscale Port Royal club house. Villa rental also includes a free hour of tennis for 4 each day at the Port Royal Racquet Club where you will find 10 clay courts, 4 hard courts and two grass courts along with excellent teaching pro's.

We are a retired couple living in Atlanta, Georgia. We enjoy golfing with each other as well as with other couples. Bill is an avid fly fisherman, and I am a pianist. We are both committed to volunteer work. We have four adult children and five grandchildren.
Why the Owner Chose Ocean Palms
We were immediately impressed with the beauty of Port Royal the minute we drove onto the property for the first time. A short time afterwards, we became part-owners of our Ocean Palms villa and we have loved every minute that we have spent in it. We are never ready to leave, and then we can't wait to return!
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
We love the proximity of both the beach and the golf courses. Every morning will find us walking and running on that beautiful expanse of beach, and it is usually followed by a tee time on one of the lovely golf courses on the property. We enjoy a drink afterward at the upscale club house on Port Royal. The Westin Hotel offers a fitness club and spacious outdoor decking surrounding the pools, providing a peaceful and shady place to relax and read.
