LOCATION
This property is conveniently located between Port Charlotte and North Port. Golf courses, grocery stores, fast food, fine dining and all kinds of shopping are only minutes away. Gulf Coast beaches, charter boats and numerous other water activities are all within a 15-30 minute drive. The property has easy access to Interstate 75 and both Ft Meyers and Sarasota airports are only one hour away.
POOL
The private heated pool is brand new. There is an attached jetted spa (hot tub) and a shallow “beach” area with a fountain. Adjoining properties are undeveloped providing and atmosphere of seclusion and privacy. A removable fence keeps little ones from wandering into the pool by accident and the no-see-um pool cage provides an insect free environment for lounging poolside or preparing dinner on the BBQ.
MAIN LIVING AREA
The Main Living area is the heart of this home. It combines the Kitchen, Family Room and Breakfast nook into a single large open area. Extra high ceilings and “borrowed space” make each of these areas feel spacious and elegant.
KITCHEN
This prize winning full sized kitchen contains all the comforts of home. The large side-by-side fridge/freezer dispenses ice and/or filtered water through the door. The smooth cook top on the range is easy to keep clean. There is also a microwave, toaster oven and coffee maker. The cabinets are filled with dishes, silverware, glassware, baking & cookware, cookie sheets, cutlery and a wide variety of cooking utensils. Just add food from the nearby grocery store and you’re ready for a vacation full of gourmet dining.
FAMILY ROOM
The family room contains a sofa, coffee table, several arm chairs and end tables. There is a 42” flat panel LCD TV connected to Satellite and a DVD/VCR player. Triple sliding doors open to the Lanai and pool area behind the home.
BREAKFAST NOOK
For informal dining, the breakfast nook is nestled close to the Kitchen and Family Room. A sliding door opens to the Lanai and Pool area.
DINING
The formal dining room has a dramatic dropped ceiling and seating for six. For romantic dining, you can use candles on the table and/or in the wall mounted candle holders.
MASTER SUITE
The large Master Suite covers approximately ¼ of the living space. A large king sized bed dominates the bedroom. Bed sheets are 5 star hotel quality Egyptian Cotton. There are nightstands on either side of the bed. A huge chest of drawers opposite the bed holds a 32” flat panel LCD TV connected to Satellite TV and a DVD/VCR player. The master bath area contains a long counter space with dual sinks, a walk in shower, a garden tub, a linen closet and a large walk-in closet.
BOY’S BEDROOM
The Boy’s bedroom contains a full size (double) bed and is decorated in a “Dr Seuss Cat-in-the-Hat” theme. Bed sheets are 5 star hotel quality Egyptian Cotton. There is a closet and two dressers for storage.
GIRL’S BEDROOM
The Girl’s bedroom contains a full size (double) bed and is decorated in a “Soccer Girl” theme. Bed sheets are 5 star hotel quality Egyptian Cotton. There is a closet and two dressers for storage.
GUEST / KID’S BATHROOM
Is conveniently located close to both kid’s bedrooms. Contains a full tub with shower curtain and is amply stocked with towels.
STUDY
The study contains a desk and bookshelf filled with books for our guests who are avid readers.
LAUNDRY ROOM
The Laundry room contains a washer and dryer which are free. That’s right! No coins required. There is also an iron and ironing board.
GARAGE
There is an attached full 2 car garage with automatic garage door openers. The drive way in front of the garage has a huge turn-around area for easy access and maneuvering.

We were looking for something private and comfortable to get away for a week and this place was amazing! The managers were wonderful! We've stayed in places before that looked good but when after we were there overnight, there were bugs and not well-maintained. This place was VERY CLEAN, NO BUGS and we loved it...beautifully decorated and LOVED the pool/hot tub. We will be returning as soon as we can. In the description it says its a place that "you can't wait to get back to". For us we didn't want to leave! Thank you Lou and Rita! I would have given more stars if I could. This is a place I have already recommended to many people!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

We recently stayed in this beautiful home over Easter vacation. It was breath taking!!! We felt like we spent a week in paradise! Extremely clean, private, and safe! The backyard is lovely, and we saw amazing wildlife. Every day we would awake to a cup of coffee pool side watching the butterflies. And a nice dip in the pool before bed! We look so forward to another stay at this beautiful home next year. The property manager was so pleasant, and we would recommend this property to all!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

Why the Owner Chose Port Charlotte:
We looked for a long time before we found this property. The price was right and the house was beautiful. Because we live in a cooler climate, we loved the idea of having our own warm weather get-away. There is easy access to I75 and either the Ft Meyers or Tampa airports.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
We look forward to spending many happy family vacations in our “home away from home”. Our boys talk about it all year long. On our 1st visit, the boys went wild over the pool. They loved the fountain and wanted to go swimming even before eating breakfast!
We frequently spend the day at one of the nearby beaches, building sand castles, looking for shells and playing in the warm waters of the Gulf. We spend most evenings enjoying a leisurely poolside BBQ dinner on the lanai. Once in awhile, we go out to eat at one of the many nearby restaurants and spend the rest of the evening shopping in the mall.
After we get the boys to bed… its Mom & Dad’s time for a quiet dip in the pool or soak in the hot tub.
We hope you will enjoy your stay as much as we do. We look forward to having you return year after year as we have done, creating a legacy of happy family memories.
