Complex is on the beach with private walk way to the beach. 2 pools, one heated. Two Tennis courts. Walk to shops and restaurants. 15 minute drive to downtown St Augustine Sites. Great Outlet mall on SR 16 and I 95. Marine land approx 45 minute drive. 45 minute drive to Ponte Vedra. Nearest Airport is Jacksonville 1 hour drive. Great Beach Side location in America's oldest city St Augustine. Ocean Village Club is in a great location only 10 minutes to St Augustine's downtown attractions.
This beach front Condo is on the east side of A1A on the Corner of Dondanville Road. You can walk to restaurants and the beach. There are two pools, tennis courts, private beach access and a club house with workout facilities. The complex is gated for your security. The unit is a ground floor unit in the N building section. The unit is nicely furnished and is tiled through out. There is a screened in porch for you outdoor dining pleasure.
Orlando and Disney attractions are about 1 and 1/2 hour drive. St Augustine has great restaurants and shopping at the Belz outlet mall on State Road 16 and I 95. There are numerous golf courses including the beautiful world golf village about a 20 minute drive away. Daytona Beach is only 45 minutes away convenient for racing events and bike week. King size bed in master with TV in room. Sofa bed sleeps 2 in living room. Ground Floor unit, no stairs. Tiled Floor with rugs. Washer and Dryer in unit. Screened in porch. Full linen and towels. Just bring a tooth brush.
