1 Bedroom (1 King, 2 Queen sofa beds in Living Room), 1 Bath, condo with garage on bluff with wonderful full ocean views from Living Room, Kitchen and Master Bedroom. Sliding glass doors and large picture windows. Full Monterey Bay view from Pacific Grove to Capitola. New owners, newly refurnished, new custom kitchen ('08), remodeled bathroom ('09), new granite counter tops in kitchen and bath.

Single level condo, access from garage without steps, or front door, access is up from one short flight of stairs. Washer/Dryer in the condo. Swimming pool with full beach/ocean views is a short walk within this private complex. Pool is heated June to September. 1 minute walk to pool and beach and amenities/market/dining/coffee shop/tavern all within (very) short walking distance.

All utensils, pots and pans and linens included. 1 King size bed in Master bedroom, two Queen sofa beds in large living room.

10 minutes from Santa Cruz, 5 minutes from Capitola, 40 minutes from Silicon Valley, 1 1/2 hours from San Francisco. This condo offers a great weekend getaway!

Best vacation ever! We can not thank you enough for the care and time that went into this beautirful beach house. you have truly thought of everything. So beautiful, neat and meticulous, down to the last detail. The view, the sunset, the sound of the waves...it is beyond my expectations and I can not thank you enough.

The minute I walked into your inviting condo I knew it was the place I wanted to spend a serene week at the beach. You have the most impeccable taste and just the ambiance has given us much pleasure - along with the view and the sound of the surf.
