"L'Ancrage", a charming, genuine village house that has been tastefully renovated. It has a beautiful view to the hills of Haut de Cagnes, and a glimpse between two village houses over the Mediterranean and the Cap d´Antibes.
You enter directly into the dining room, with an open bar kitchen. With it´s beautiful stone worktop, and exposed ceiling beams, it combines the modern with the rustique. On the first floor, with large bay windows, you find the main bedroom with a king size bed, sleeping 2. The bathroom, with a shower, toilet, and wash-basin, is situated on the same floor. On the 2nd floor is the living room with a comfortable sofa bed, sleeps two. On this floor, there is also a small recess, that can nicely sleep a child - with a roof window, offering a view to the stars. At the back of the house is a table with chairs were you can have a glass of wine in the evening or smoke a cigarette. We can serve you also a Continental breakfast.
Haut de Cagnes, a medieval hilltop village between Nice and Antibes. 12 min to the airport. 20 min walk to the beach. 5 min to grocery stores, banks and post office in Cagnes sur Mer. 10 min by car to St Paul de Vence and the medieval city of Vence. 20 min to Nice, Cannes and Antibes. 30 min to Grasse and Italy. 17 golf courses in within 30 min drive. 1.5 hours drive to skiing.
