Fall and Winter are beautiful on Santa Rosa Island. Warm sun and fewer people. Pensacola Beach and The Villas on the Gulf complex are fully restored and much improved then before the major storms of years ago. Our beach is beautiful. Our modestly furnished unit is on the 2nd floor in "A" building. It is a 3-4 minute walk thru the complex to the beach. We would love to share this bit of paradise with your family.
We rent Saturday to Saturday for $600. which includes all fees and taxes. An email or phone call with a follow-up check for a refundable deposit of $100. will hold your week.
We also rent by the month from September to May for $950. which includes all utilities. Please check our availability calendar.
There is a queen size bed in one bedroom. In the other bedroom there is a bunk bed with a double below and single above and a single bed. The dining table seats six. There are TV's with basic cable in the children's bedroom and in the living area. There is a telephone for local calls. A more detailed information sheet and additional pictures are available, if requested.
We have owned this unit since 1994. Our family has enjoyed many delightful weeks "at the beach". It does not have designer furnishings and spectacular views but it is priced accordingly. If you desire clean, comfortable and affordable family accommodations, we would enjoy sharing our vacation condo with you.
