PELICAN MARINA RESIDENCE IS A FIVE STAR RESORT ON THE OCEAN. OUR TIME IS PRIME SEASON MID JAN TO MID MARCH. AMENITIES ARE ENDLESS AND IT A PERFECT VACATION. PELICAN IS LOCATED IN SIMPSON BAY THE HEART OF WHAT IS HAPPENING IN ST. MARTIN. YOU ARE IN WALKING DISTANCE OF ANYTHING YOU'D LIKE TO DO. AN ENDLESS HEAVENLY VACATION.
SUMMER IS A GREAT TIME IN THE ISLANDS. IT'S NOT HOT AND STICKY AND THERE IS ALWAYS A GREAT BREEZE. WE HAVE THREE WEEKS IN A ROW IN A FABULOUS TWO BEDROOM CONDO.
