Sunbird condo is one of the most affordable, quality for dollar on the Beach. Fifth Floor Unit is at a Great Location: Sunbird is located on the East end of Beach, very popular location and close to everything. Near intersection of Huchison Blvd. and Hy#98. Near Super Walmart. Complex offers lighted Tennis courts, shuffle board, heated pool. Complex has Three pools.
You can see down the beach. This fifth floor has westerly views,and gorgeous sunsets.
The beautiful unit features, furniture, ceramic floor tile throughout, paint, linens,a supplied kitchen. Ideal for that guest in need of transportation, within walking distance of shopping, nice restaurants, and attractions.
Super Walmart, Ripleys museam, Wonderworks, go carts, games, fun are all close by. Walking distance to Board Walk Beach Convention center usually the main area or home base for the Tri athelon, Iron Man Florida, and Biker events . Just minutes to Pier Park, State Park, boating, and Piers. There is lost cost public Trolly Service that runs several times a day.
Sunbird charges a fee of $15.00 per vehicle for a parking pass. The Sunbird also charges $2.00 per person for a wristband. Both are available at their office upon check in.
Must be at least 25 years old to rent at the Sunbird.
