Unique secluded 60 acre property with house on the lake. Built in the 1970's and recently renovated, this is as close to the lake as you can get. The house is situated on a peninsula with views of the water on three sides. A huge 2300 sq ft deck maximizes the views of water and old oak trees.
If you like privacy and a proximity to water and wineries, this is for you. Located 30 miles from Paso Robles, you travel out winding country roads (paved now!) past some of the best wineries in the region.
Built for our water skiing family, this vacation home was designed for optimum water activities. You can bring your own boat or jet skies and enjoy water sports just steps from the house. When you tire of the water, it is just a short trip to Justin, Adelaida, and Tablas Creek wineries as well as to PasoLivo Olive Oil for tastings.
If it gets too hot at the lake, cool off with a day trip to Cambria and the Hearst Castle.
Enjoy a gourmet dinner at nearby Justin Winery in their elegant small dining area - reservations a must.
