Why the Owner Chose Sea Colony
My family rented a place at Sea Colony frequently while the kids were younger. Recently we decided to purchase our own condominium as an investment for our family's use and to rent it to visitors during the summer months.

My wife and I live in Rockville, MD but enjoy visiting Sea Colony and the Delaware shore year-round. During the off season there are still plenty of good restaurants that serve delicious meals, and we enjoy walking along the beach even in winter.
