Cute, colorful Pueblo style house in quaint La Mision neighborhood, 10 minutes south of the lobster village Puerto Nuevo. House is a free standing single family residence, only 3 years old!
The view from the living room/dining area is just awesome: river, lake, mountains and ocean whitewater, all in one !
It is a short walk to the uncrowded beach where you also can rent a horse for a galop along the waves, or swim, surf or just relax.
The Bajamar 27-hole golf course is only a 5-minute drive south, and the famous La Fonda Restaurant is 5 minutes North. For wine lovers: the Guadelupe Valley (Mexico's Napa) is only 25 minutes by car for great wine tasting and good restaurants.
A little farther North you'll find Puerto Nuevo, the Lobster Village, where you can still get a great lobster dinner for less than $ 25.
Ensenada is located about 25 minutes to the South and is definitely worth a visit: fun shopping, lots of restaurants and very friendly people.
Our community is gated and night-patrolled. A lot of Americans are living here too, many full-time and it is a comfortable and safe neighborhood. 185-channel digital satellite tv, HBO,STARZ, SHOW etc.etc. Internet.
You will deal with the owners directly,easy check-in/out and general assistance.
