Just take the elevator down and your toes are in the sand! Stroll along the water or on the quiet, upscale Sail Bay boardwalk or ride our 4 provided Beach Cruiser bikes on the miles and miles of bay and ocean boardwalks. Sip wine on your balcony as you watch the sunset or walk around the bay ten minutes to the ocean to catch a glimpse of the 'green flash' just as the sun goes down. At night two big paddle wheel boats cruise the bay, all lit up. Moonlight and lights f the strand across the bay reflection off the water.
This large 1350 sq ft condo features California-style open kitchen, gas fireplace, gas BBQ, 50 inch plasma TV, DVD, WiFi, and 4 bikes! Beds are king, queen, double, single and a queen sofa bed.

Quiet Enjoyment - Rest and Relaxation: * This is a quiet building in a quiet, upscale beach area with mostly full-time owner-residents whom we would like to stay on good terms with. We have the only condo building that even allows vacation rentals on the entire East side of Sail Bay looking West. We try our hardest to weed out and not rent to inconsiderate people who want to party, drink too much and disturb others.
*Relax in the fresh sea breeze and enjoy the peace of the east side of Mission bay, while still being close to all of San Diego's popular attractions.
* This complex is for couples and families. As of Jan 1, 2008 no alcoholic beverages are allowed on all San Diego beaches.
Going the extra mile for your enjoyment: * The ocean and bay boardwalks are wonderful for bike riding so we provide new beach cruiser bicycles for you, just like you rode as a kid. No fancy gears, just a plain bike with a big comfortable seat, high handlebars, a kickstand and back-peddle brakes. There is a gas BBQ (with gas provided!), laundry room on each floor of the building and a well lit underground parking garage with garage door opener. WiFi Cable/wireless Internet and phone line insures that you can keep in touch with work if necessary and there is Cable TV and DVD. The unit has a small private patio with a table and two chairs and gas BBQ. The dining table is right there by the door out to the patio with a view of the bay. You will find beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, beach toys for the kids, alarm clock, ironing board and iron, hair dryer, shampoo, dishwasher soap, body and hand soap, laundry soap and bounce sheets, coffee filters, saran wrap and aluminum foil, kleenex, paper towels, toilet paper, etc.

Our family of 6 adults plus a 20mo. old found this condo perfect for our summer holiday in San Diego. The accomadations were clean andwell keep the access to the beach and bay very easy. As advertised all the amentities, groceries restaurants, etc were close at hand and acess to freeways and proximity to sights and spots in and around San Diego were fantastic!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We just got back from our trip to San Diego and we rented out this condo for a few days. The place was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was also well equipped with most of your cooking needs. There was plenty of space for our party of 8! It was cozy and the location of the condo was great. It was further away from other vacation rentals on mission beach so renting this condo really made us feel like we were residents. We easily felt at home! I also have to thank Jeremy and the staff at Nancy's Vacation Rentals for being so professional and making sure that booking and payment options went smoothly. We really enjoyed our stay at this condo and will make sure to book with Nancy's Vacation Rentals if we find ourselves in San Diego again. Thank you so much! You guys are awesome!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This condo was a very good value, and my kids and my wife enjoyed the stay, as I did. I can't think of anything that the staff overlooked, with the possible exception of giving a brief description of how to ride, or bike, to the ocean by the shortest path (which is, I think, to walk out of the condo on the beach side, turn right on the sidewalk bordering sail bay, walk 10 minutes until you pass a small playground and walk across a small bridge, turn right at the first street encountered after the bridge, then turn left on the main avenue that leads four blocks to the ocean). Also, there's no A.C., and one or two extra fans would have been helpful, as it got just a bit warm inside at night, even though it's cool outside, nearly always in the evening, this close to the pacific.Owner response: You've asked and we listened. We're excited to be able to offer Ceci's Riviera Condo as one of a few rentals in the beach area of San Diego that includes A/C. An air conditioner was added in March of 2010 just in time for summer!

This was our 2nd stay with NVR and we couldn't have been happier! Nancy goes above and beyond with providing all the extras, especially for a family: beach toys, bikes, boogie boards and chairs. Plus fabulously furnished and updated apts are better than a hotel. The rentals are kept spotless and there is everything you need to get started, plus videos, games and internet. We stayed in Ceci's condo for 2 weeks in June. The condo was great - very spacious, very well decorated, and very well equipped. Several times during our stay, we were even able to entertain other friends/families who were also vacationing in San Diego. Nancy and Jeremy were very helpful, and the information they sent prior to our arrival was very useful. We stayed at Ceci's condo and had SUCh a great experience - The location was perfect and the condo was so well stocked, they thought of everything! Some vacation rentals claim to be able to accomodate large parties but then you find yourself squeezing in and making do... Ceci's condo was spacious enough for 8 people, as promised! Nancy responded quickly to all our questions as our travel date neared and she even sent helpful links for maps and local sights. She and Jeremy made it so easy for us to plan our vacation. Really enjoyed my stay, the condo was extremely clean and very well stocked. I also found it very centrally located to all that I wanted to see in San Diego. My traveling companion isn't used to wood frame buildings and found it to be noisy and wasn't happy with the construction noise upstairs for a few days. We stayed at Ceci's condo with my sister and her kids prior to our son's wedding in May. It was a great experience. The condo has everything that you need, and it provided us a home-base for all the gatherings during the week. We even had the bride and groom over for a BBQ. Both Jeremy and Nancy were very responsive when we had a question about the grill, and that made us feel even more "at home". We would recommend it to anyone.Did you find this review helpful? Our family's stay at Posie's Condo was great! The kitchen was well stocked with every cooking utensil and baking dishes which came in extremely handy with 6 people.
