We are so excited to add this newly remodeled 3 bedroom/2 bath condo to our very popular collection of one bedrooms in this small bay front condo complex. It will be a great addition in the summer and holidays when the families traveling together are larger. Stroll on the on the sand along the shore or ride our 4 provided beach cruiser bicycles on the miles and miles of boardwalk along the bay and ocean. Sip wine on the balcony as you watch the sunset or walk around the bay ten minutes to the ocean to watch for the green flash. At night you will see the two big paddle-wheel boats all lit up cruising in the bay, moonlight and lights of the strand across the bay reflecting off the water.
This large, 1350 sq ft Non-Smoking three bedroom, two bath condo features a 50-inch plasma TV with cable, DVD, high speed cable internet,Wi-Fi and a desk to work comfortably on your laptop computer. The dining table seats 6. The Master bedroom has a king bed, queen in the second bedroom, bunk beds with a full on the bottom and a single on the top in the third bedroom and a queen sofa bed. There is an easy to use gas log fireplace for ambiance in the comfortable living room, along with a 50 inch plasma TV.
The Master bathroom features dual sinks and an extra large exquisite tumbled travertine-tiled bath/shower area with a large oval soaking tub and extra large shower head. The second bathroom also has tumbled travertine tile in the sink area and a full bath/shower. High quality 500 thread count Egyptian cotton linens and fluffy towels provided for your comfort. Beach towels, beach chairs and a beach umbrella are also provided.
You can enjoy the view and sunset while cooking in the open California-style kitchen with all new appliances. Prepare meals in, if you like, as everything you need for cooking your own meals is provided. Trader Joe’s is only a mile away and offers a wide variety of ready-to-heat-and-eat meals and gourmet salads, not to mention a fine selection of wines! Henry’s (Wild Oats) Market, Von’s and Ralph's are also close by as are a plethora of American, seafood and ethnic restaurants on the ocean and on the main street of Pacific Beach. The downtown Gas Lamp area with it's wonderful upscale restaurants is only about 12 minutes away and Little Italy is about 10 minutes away. Sea World is 1 mile, Old Town where San Diego began, is about 3 miles, the famous San Diego Zoo and the Embarcadero with all it's floating museums and the ferry to Coronado Island are about 7 miles away. You can enjoy it all with your family on beautiful Sail Bay (the part of Mission Bay that is right next to the ocean).

Our family of 6 adults plus a 20mo. old found this condo perfect for our summer holiday in San Diego. The accomadations were clean andwell keep the access to the beach and bay very easy. As advertised all the amentities, groceries restaurants, etc were close at hand and acess to freeways and proximity to sights and spots in and around San Diego were fantastic!

We just got back from our trip to San Diego and we rented out this condo for a few days. The place was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was also well equipped with most of your cooking needs. There was plenty of space for our party of 8! It was cozy and the location of the condo was great. It was further away from other vacation rentals on mission beach so renting this condo really made us feel like we were residents. We easily felt at home! I also have to thank Jeremy and the staff at Nancy's Vacation Rentals for being so professional and making sure that booking and payment options went smoothly. We really enjoyed our stay at this condo and will make sure to book with Nancy's Vacation Rentals if we find ourselves in San Diego again. Thank you so much! You guys are awesome!!

This condo was a very good value, and my kids and my wife enjoyed the stay, as I did. I can't think of anything that the staff overlooked, with the possible exception of giving a brief description of how to ride, or bike, to the ocean by the shortest path (which is, I think, to walk out of the condo on the beach side, turn right on the sidewalk bordering sail bay, walk 10 minutes until you pass a small playground and walk across a small bridge, turn right at the first street encountered after the bridge, then turn left on the main avenue that leads four blocks to the ocean). Also, there's no A.C., and one or two extra fans would have been helpful, as it got just a bit warm inside at night, even though it's cool outside, nearly always in the evening, this close to the pacific.

This was our 2nd stay with NVR and we couldn't have been happier! Nancy goes above and beyond with providing all the extras, especially for a family: beach toys, bikes, boogie boards and chairs. Plus fabulously furnished and updated apts are better than a hotel. The rentals are kept spotless and there is everything you need to get started, plus videos, games and internet. The prices are really competitive too. We will definitely refer friends and hopefully be back ourselves. Thanks a million! The Newsom Clan...

We stayed in Ceci's condo for 2 weeks in June. The condo was great - very spacious, very well decorated, and very well equipped. Several times during our stay, we were even able to entertain other friends/families who were also vacationing in San Diego. Nancy and Jeremy were very helpful, and the information they sent prior to our arrival was very useful. We would definitely recommend it - great location, very good for families - and I'm sure we'll end up going back.

We stayed at Ceci's condo and had SUCh a great experience - The location was perfect and the condo was so well stocked, they thought of everything! Some vacation rentals claim to be able to accomodate large parties but then you find yourself squeezing in and making do... Ceci's condo was spacious enough for 8 people, as promised! Nancy responded quickly to all our questions as our travel date neared and she even sent helpful links for maps and local sights. She and Jeremy made it so easy for us to plan our vacation. Thank you so much - we'll definately be back!

Really enjoyed my stay, the condo was extremely clean and very well stocked. I also found it very centrally located to all that I wanted to see in San Diego. My traveling companion isn't used to wood frame buildings and found it to be noisy and wasn't happy with the construction noise upstairs for a few days. I found the place to be lovely and enjoyed my stay.

We stayed at Ceci's condo with my sister and her kids prior to our son's wedding in May. It was a great experience. The condo has everything that you need, and it provided us a home-base for all the gatherings during the week. We even had the bride and groom over for a BBQ. Both Jeremy and Nancy were very responsive when we had a question about the grill, and that made us feel even more "at home". We would recommend it to anyone.

Our family's stay at Posie's Condo was great! The kitchen was well stocked with every cooking utensil and baking dishes which came in extremely handy with 6 people. Jeremy and the staff at Nancy's Vacation Rentals were great to work with and everything was delivered to me prior to our stay exactly as promised.
