The condo was exceptionally clean and well maintained. It had a wonderful home-y feeling to it which made it nice to come home to everyday after being at the parks all day. Close to the parks and great location to Walmart/Target and grocery shopping. We will recommend to any friends and family that will be visiting the area in the future. Smooth Sailing at Terra Verde

A hassle--free, enjoyable stay! The hot tub was perfect...always the right temperature. Very clean condo...had everything we needed. We enjoyed walking to the pool along the lake path and chatting with other residents..The kids liked watching all the ducks/ducklings. The evening gate attendant (with the groovy hawaiian shirt) was very friendly. This was our first "Orlando" experience, and having our homebase in a quiet, slightly off the beaten path was exactly what we were looking for after the sensory overload of the theme parks. A great value too!

My family and I (husband + 3 kids ages 5, 3, & 3) stayed at this condo in mid-October 2011. The condo is in a gated community with a clubhouse, pool, lake, and more. There were problems with our flight in Miami due to weather so we actually drove from MIA versus flying into Orlando. We were so tired when we arrived but our first impressions of the condo were -- clean, comfortable and safe. Our kids had fun on the bunk beds and there was plenty of room in the living room for them to play. Plus there is a nice patio. We walked to the pool on several occasions and walked around the lake. The best part is that the condo is about 10 minutes from Disney, 15 minutes from Sea World and only minutes from shopping, restaurants, and other attractions. We had a very enjoyable stay and have recommended it to several others who are planning vacations to this area. Thank you Gary and Lisa for a wonderful vacation home!!!

Home Away From Home

Just got back from our vacation the week of July 2 - 9th 2011. This home is wonderful and it placed in a terrific resort! The decor is beautiful and the home is very clean. The owners are very pleasant to work with and have made every effort to provide all the comforts of home. It is close to all the attractions and easy to find, plus shopping is very close by. I would highly recommend this place to my friends and family because it truly feels like home. Don't miss the opportunity to visit this place and the price is easy to afford on a family budget. We are already looking forward to planning our next visit.

Absolutely Great Place to Stay

You could NEVER find a better place to stay in the Orlando/Kissimmee area. It is quiet and immaculately clean. The hot tub was always at the right temperature. The country setting is very safe as it is in a gated community. The owners are terrific to deal with as are the managers. The villa amentities were all inclusive including a cooler for picnics, washer and dryer, hairdryers in the bathrooms, great showers. It is 20 minutes at the most to any activity you want to visit in the area. You will need a car if you stay here, The villa is about 5 minutes from busy 192, the main drag with all of the restaurants and Old Towne. Do not hesitate to rent this villa. The club house has wi fi as well as pay as you go computers. The pool is great for kids and adults as it has a sloped entry for those not wanting to go into the water quickly. The pool is about a block and a half from the villa but it is a safe walk. We were too busy to try the walking path but it is there for your pleasure. The three bedrooms make it good for a family as there is privacy for all. There are two televisions in the unit , one in the living room and one in the master bed room. There is cable TV. The two smaller bedrooms each have a DVD player in them, Thank you Gary and Lisa for being you and being there when we had questions to ask.

Our Terra Verde experience was great. The entrance to the community is really attractive and we liked the fact that it was gated since one of my traveling companions was concerned with safety. The clubhouse and pool area looked great but we were so busy with Disney/Universal we did not take time to enjoy the amenities. The townhouse was everything as indicated in the photos - nicely decorated, neat and very clean. It was the perfect accommodation for us (three adults and three children) while we were in the Orlando area. It is a short drive to Disney, restaurants and other attractions in Orlando. I highly recommend this townhome and the owners were prompt and gracious with their service.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful and peaceful townhome. Everything was beautifully decorated and well-maintained as well. Although we did spend time at the Disney parks, when we were at the home it was restful and relaxing especially with the private hot tub. The security guards were always there to pleasantly greet us, and help was only a phone call away. We would definitely stay here again.

My family and I enjoyed every minute of our 2.5 week vacation. This was our first stay at Terra Verde and we will definitely stay again when we are in the Orlando/Kissimmee area. The only thing wrong with our stay was we had to leave. 1. Kitchen was well equipped 2. The decorating was tastefully done...my kids and I absolutely loved the chairs in the living room! 3. Washer and Dryer were very useful :) 4. Hot tub was relaxing after the long days at the parks 5. The pillows on the beds were excellent 6. The pool was very nice 7. Office staff in the main lobby were very pleasant, friendly and helpful. 8. Gary was great to work with - excellent communication 9. Terra Verde is very quiet, and secure 10. Located only minutes away from all of the parks and Walmart

We completely enjoyed our stay at your townhouse. The only thing that was wrong was that we didn't own it. It was so hard to leave at the end of our stay. The owners were great to work with and the townhouse was beautifully decorated with everything you could possibly need. We really enjoyed having our own private hot tub and get away after the long days at the parks. We would definately book again if we are back in the area and will never stay at a hotel on vacation. Thank you for everything!

A well furnished and comfortable townhouse for my family! The kitchen was well equipped, and the washer and dryer was very useful. The complex was very secure with an attended gate. The clubhouse was also a nice setup with a swimming pool, workout facility, and a DVD rental machine. Best of all...10 minutes from the Disney complex!

This was our first stay on Terra Verde after always staying on the US27 previously, we were concerned about moving location as we know that end of the 192 very well, but just fancied a change. We were not dissapointed at all. Terra Verde was 5 minutes off the 192, which meant we could relax after a busy day, but we still felt close enough to be part of everything, and sad though this sounds, Walmart being a mile or so around the corner was really useful. Our girls loved lazing around at the pool/clubhouse when we were having a few hours chill-out, and I must say this was nicest pool etc we have had so far when staying on a community, the tiki bar was also handy as the girls could get drinks and a snack without walking back to the townhouse (difficult for teenage girls!!!) The townhome we rented was also far nicer than we expected. Very tastefully furnished, almost as if the owners were interior designers, or had a real creative eye. A lot of thought had obviously gone in to the home as the whole house was presented well and the quality of the furniture and pictures was nicer than we've ever had previously. Everything was clean, fridge, pans etc, which we've noticed were sometimes not checked in previous rentals. The management people obviosly paid attention to detail, and I do check hidden areas for cleanliness (again, sad). The hot tub in the rear courtyard looked clean and welcoming, even though we never used it, it was also free of charge. Most impressive about this townhome were the beds/matresses, actually far comfyer than my bed at home, which I've never said on feedback before! I suppose to balance this review I must try and think of any weak points... The carpet in the lounge had a few light stains, and a touch-up of emulsion here and there would't have gone a miss, but I am really fussy, and of course many guests may not look after someone else's home as we did? Half a dozen more towels would have helped, but then my girls insist on one around their heads drying their hair and another around their bodies - and we did have 4 daughters with us! All in all, everything was superb, I would highly recommend the resort as it has something for everyone, and the townhome was very well laid out, spacious and provided the perfect holiday base.

Owner response: We have recently repainted the entire interior of the townhouse along with new porcelain tile and area rugs in the living room, kitchen, lower bathroom, and laundry room which gives our home a "brand new" feel. We have also added several new towels and updated flat panel tv/dvd combo's throughout the townhouse.

We enjoyed this property very much. Both the owners and property managers were friendly and accomodating. The place was clean and in very good condition. Resort was nice and safe and not at all busy. Amenties are reasonably close. I would definitely refer friends here rather than a hotel.

We had a great experience staying at this villa. The location was ideal and the complex felt very safe and tidy. From the moment we walked in the townhouse, we felt at home. The hot tub was a welcome addition after our 6 days of walking.

My family and I stayed here during our holidays in July and it was absolutely perfect! The home is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We were so close to all amenities. I would highly suggest anyone looking to vacation in the Kissimmee/Orlando area to consider staying here. I am sure we will be back in the near future!
