Spend your vacation as our guests in our Park City Bear Hollow Village townhome built in 2005 with over 2,200 square feet. Beautifully decorated with quality furnishings and bedding, this luxury Park City townhouse comes complete with everything you need for your family vacation, including your own private hot tub on the covered deck.
DOWNSTAIRS LIVING ROOM
The downstairs living room has a large LCD TV, Playstation 2, X box, and DVD player with a large assortment of movies, PlayStation / X box games, a mountain of board games and books for the whole family. Have fun playing and competing with your friends/family on Guitar Hero II/III with two wireless guitars. A large sectional sofa and group sized bean bag make this a great place for the kids and adults to hang out. A bathroom with a shower is also located on this level. The sofa folds out to a queen bed so this room could easily serve as a fifth bedroom.
MAIN LIVING ROOM/KITCHEN
The main living area is tastefully and comfortably decorated, with plenty of room for socializing, or just relaxing after a full day of activity in front of the fireplace, Sony Plasma HDTV equipped with high definition DVR, and Bose sound system with CD/DVD player. The kitchen comes fully equipped with newer appliances, granite counter tops, and counter seating with a large dining table with seating for 10. Our kitchen is designed for cooking and entertaining. There are plenty of utensils, bowls, pots, pans, and everything else you need to cook up a storm. A coffee maker and blender are also available for your drink creations. A gas grill is located on the covered deck right outside the kitchen, which makes everything convenient.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We think the location is ideal since it is close to the Park City ski resorts and only 40 minutes to the Cottonwood resorts like Snowbird and Alta. It is a less than 5-minute drive to the Canyons resort and even closer to the outlet mall, Redstone, and grocery stores. There is a large clubhouse with a fitness center, pool, hot tub, and computer center with internet and printers.
We have stock the rental with everything that is necessary to have a wonderful meal (gas grill, stainless steel and non-stick cookware, waffle maker,etc.) and electronic gadgets (DVR, HD, LCD TVs, Playstation 2, Xbox, DVD, HSI, Wifi). We have tried to furnish the home to feel luxurious, but comfortable so everyone can be relaxed during their stay.
Enjoy the zipline, bobsled, and Olympic museum. Watch the aerial ski jumps and bobsled runs.

We live in Carlsbad, California and love visiting the mountains of Park City in the summer and winter. We own this vacation rental at the base of Olympic Park with my sister's family and we enjoy it several times throughout the year.
We bought this Park City townhome since it is perfect for two families or several friends to stay together in one unit. We love the two living rooms so that the adults and kids have their own place to hang out without disturbing the other group.
We think the best place to unwind after skiing is in the hot tub on the covered deck watching the snow fall. Normally, the kids get in first and then escape downstairs to play video games or watch movies, while the adults get to relax in the hot tub with some wine and enjoy the peace and quiet.
We hope you enjoy your stay at our vacation rental as much as we do.

This condo is wonderfully large. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we could possibly need for a wonderful week. The owner was prompt in answering questions and communicating. This place was perfect for our family. Very roomy and everyone was able to have thier own bedrooms and privacy. The game room downstairs was a big hit for us all especially my 3 year old grandson! Even though we live only an hour away, this was such a fun place to stay and play. I would and already have recommended this place for a great place to stay! Thank you Gloria for having a beautiful place and sharing it. And especially for making the stay so hassle free. I will definitely be scheduling another stay!!

This house is perfectly suited for a family/group vacation. Not only does it feel like a brand new home, but it is well decorated, well equipped and very comfortable. More important, it is a short drive from everything, and it is a fraction of the price of renting a comparable home "on the slopes". Would absolutely consider staying at this house again.

This house was amazing. There was a group of us here for a wedding and what a time we had! From the 30+ inches of snow our first day skiing to the hot tub on the porch, everything here was perfect. We especially appreciated the covered garage when we were leaving for the wedding with eight people dressed up. The house was extremely clean and well furnished. The grill was a nice touch and we were sure to utilize it with some nice juicy steaks. I would rent this house again and will suggest it to anyone.

We all had a great time staying at this plush open spacious townhome. This place is ideal for big groups. It has a nice wide 2 car garage, a lovely hot tub, multiple levels, good size rooms, lots of entertainment for all ages, great location for a short drive to ski resorts or nearby shopping. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone. I would want to stay in this same place again the next time we visit. Certainly comfy making it feel like home. WE LOVED IT!
