Flat screen hi- def, satellite TV, CD/DVD player, high speed wireless internet. All bed linens, towels, kitchenware are provided, along with several bikes.
Fire Island is just 90 minutes from NYC and 40 minutes from JFK and LaGuardia airports. Take the jitney service from Manhattan, take the Long Island Railroad from Manhattan or drive. There is valet parking at the Bay Shore terminal. The vacation starts the minute the Fire Island ferry pulls out of the dock.
Fire Island is heaven for kids and adults who want to feel like kids again. Just bring a few clothes and a smile.
