  We loved this condo. We have been to this building before and are amazed at the care taken of it. It is clean from top to bottom. The pools are sparkling and the music delightful played in the elevators and around the pool. This unit itself is beautifully decorated and in excellent shape. Coffee or tea on the balcony overlooking the emerald green ocean every morning is a must. The water is so clear on a nonwindy day you can see the creatures in the sea from 15 floors up. This was a great place for three sisters and our 83 three year old mother. Families with kids would enjoy it, also.

  As soon as I entered the front door, my first words were "Wow!" The view was amazing and the condo was beautiful! My husband and I wanted a beach-front unit for a quiet anniversary weekend during Thunder Beach. This was perfect! We loved the fact that the master bedroom was beach-front, allowing us to hear the ocean instead of the noise from the street. We walked to Schooner's for lunch, which was very convenient. Having a parking garage was also a plus. The owner was wonderful to work with and answered all my questions promptly. I will definitely keep this location as one of my favorites and hope to visit again!

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

  THIS WAS GREAT PLACE, CLEAN AND VERY COMFORTABLE FOR OUR FAMILY. ALSO LOTS OF FUN THINGS TO DO NEARBY.

  We have been staying in PCB for vacations since 1975. This was a very pleasan experience for us. We love this end of the beach. Right next to Schooners restaurant,What can I say? The condo was clean and well equipped. The view was outstanding. Best of all new carpet had been just installed..The owner has your best interests in view. I highly recommend this rental.

  The condo was great. My entire family had a wonderful time. We loved the large balcony off the master bedroom and livingroom. We were able to see dolphins swimming in the morning. St. Andrews Park is only 1 mile from the condo. We can't wait to go again.

  It was a pure joy to stay at this condo. I was extremely impressed with the prompt communication from the owners!! They responded to our every question and worked with us to get things ready on a short notice. The view from the condo was priceless and the condo was extremely comfortable and well maintained. We had a very relaxing time. The master bed was comfortable and the master bathroom refreshingly roomy. I loved having the slider door open at night to listen to the waves!! The beach is beautiful and near the state park...awesome for a long jog. We watched the dolphins jump and play as if we were at Sea World! The kids had their own bunk room and bathroom-thank God!! teenagers.... The kitchen was fully equipped. The staff was friendlly but firm in their rules which I appreciate for security!! Schooners is right next door and Publix is right down the road. We will Definately return!! We also felt the price was extremely reasonable compared to other properties we had visited!! Thanks!!

  We were just there for 4 nights and had a wonderful vacation. This condo welcomed us with fluffy towels, comfy beds, clean bathrooms, plenty of dinnerware and cookware, dish soap, paper towels, bright cheery furnishings, plenty of balcony furniture, and a fabulous view. As soon as you enter the front door all you can see out the big sliding door is the water! Very striking. We enjoyed Schooners right next door where we were able to wave to our friends at home through their webcam. We REALLY enjoyed the sunset cruise on the Sea Screamer, which you can see across the harbor from the elevators. Dolphins followed the boat and were jumping out beside it 5 and 6 at a time! The little zoo has some interesting animals, even though it is a little run down. The best food we had was brunch at Another Broken Egg - so yummy! Captain Anderson's was also a very good restaurant. This was perhaps the best experience we have had with a rental unit - the owner was easy to work with and prompt answering questions during the booking process. We certainly hope to return for another great visit!

  We (a family of four) stayed in the unit August 4 - August 11, 2012. I have to point out that everythig regarding the unit description is accurate: the unit is very comfortable, clean, beach-front and has exellent views. The balcony is perfect for breakfast! The owner is readily available, and addresses all questions immediately. Would stay again. Highly recommended. P.S,. I've lived in Florida from 2003 to 2007, and vacation there almost yearly for longer then I care to remember, so I know what I'm talking about
