Seychelles is located at the east end of Panama City Beach. There are not a lot of other high rise buildings in the immediate area, so the beach is not as crowded as some of the other areas. The unit is located on the 15th floor offering beautiful views and the perfect vantage point for dolphin watching.
The condo has a master suite with king size bed, master bath, large closet, overlooks the gulf with large floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass door to the balcony. The 2nd bedroom has bunk beds with double size bed on the bottom and twin on the top is located directly across the hall from the 2nd full size bathroom. The total square feet on the condo is 873 and the balcony is 158 sq feet.
The kitchen is fully equipped and overlooks into the living room with a bar for extra eating space. The Living/Dining room offers table and chairs for 4 people and queen size sofa sleeper. The living room also has floor to ceiling windows over looking the gulf and access to the oversized balcony. NOTE: High Speed Cable Internet Access is available in the dining area and the master bedroom. Cables are provided. (Category 5 Cable)
Seychelles is within close proximity to many restaurants and retail shopping. Right next door is Schooner's "the Last Local Club on the Beach" and very close by are Captain Anderson's, Treasure Island, and Club Le Vela.

We stayed here during July 2011 with 3 kids- 3,9, and 14. We all loved it! Loved having a room right off the elevator and in the middle of the condo. Very clean unit with everything we needed. The older two kids loved the two pools and hot tub and loved being next door to Schooner's to play volleyball. We will definitely return!

Just returned from another great stay in this wonderful condo. My family loves being able to walk to breakfast, or have lunch/dinner next door at Schooner's. And it's only a short drive to our favorite restaurants on the bay. We feel very at home everytime we visit. Only one regret is that we have to come home.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

My husband and I stayed during December and had a great time. Condo is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. Planning to return again for the summer. Renting from owner was convenient and very easily arranged. Excellent vacation choice!
