Our 2800 square foot, newly built home features a first floor, spacious master bedroom with king size bed, walk-in closets, private bathroom and view of the ocean. The guest bedrooms and sleeping loft can accommodate up to 4 extra guests. Three baths, a modern, chefs kitchen , washer and dryer, satellite TV and wireless internet access are also included.

This private, waterfront property is perched amid the spruce and birch to ensure seclusion and privacy. Enjoy morning coffee on the upper deck overlooking the shoreline while sounds of the sea are carried on a cool ocean breeze. Relax near the living room fireplace after a day of shopping and browsing in the unique, nearby villages of Stonington and Deer Isle.

Views of water and nature surround the property. We built on 2 acres leaving the forest floor in it's natural state. A fern-lined pathway leads to the tidal shore and the upper deck allows you to relax among the tree tops. A small brook flowing into the ocean offers soothing sounds of running water and native spruce trees provide privacy while enhancing the view.
