Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed, and Bedroom #3 has two twin beds. You will also love the convenience of having your own under-cover parking space along with elevator access to your floor.
With a beautiful family-friendly community pool right next to the building and direct access to a path to the white sandy beach, you are literally steps from wherever you decide to spend your day!
There is ample patio space with a community grill right outside the patio so you can enjoy a fabulous cookout right next to the sound of crashing waves.
Enjoy lunch at the Dune Sider Grill which is located at the pool. The Dune Sider Grill is open Wednesday through Sunday.
Water Sound Beach is located on the gulf side of the Florida Panhandle's scenic 30-A. The resort is an amazing 256 acres of costal escape with towering dunes and a natural buffer of long leaf pines. Water Sound is located approximately 5 miles from the Watercolor Inn and only minutes away from the WaterColor community, Seaside, Rosemary Beach, Seagrove Beach and Alys Beach.

RENTAL POLICIES

RATES - Weekly rate is based on 7 nights. Daily and Monthly rates are available via email. Rates include all applicable state and local taxes as well as cleaning fees.
OCCUPANCY - Maximum occupancy is based on the number of bedrooms.
CHECK IN - Begins at 4pm
CHECK OUT - By 10am
DEPOSITS - An advance deposit of 50% of the total rent is required at the time of booking your reservation. Payment of the remaining 50% is due 2 weeks prior to arrival. $500 Security deposit due upon reserving the unit.
CANCELLATION POLICY - We require a 21-day advance notice of cancellation for a refund of your deposit.

What a great place to stay - Watersound is so beautiful! When we opened the door to the condo and saw the gorgeous dunes through the windows, it took our breath away! A wonderful pool and the fabulous boardwalks over the dunes to the beach were right by the condo. The condo looked just as it does in the pictures, very tastefully decorated and the kitchen was great! We loved the floor plan with the master bedroom having some privacy from the other two bedrooms. All the bedrooms were nicely sized and the beds were comfy. There were plenty of soft, fluffy towels for us to use at bath time.This condo has everything you need for an enjoyable stay! There are two great balconies with nice furniture to sit on and enjoy beauty of the dunes and hear the relaxing sound of the waves rolling onto the beach! A nice, large grill with tables and chairs is just steps away from the building for you to grill your own seafood. I don't think you could find a nicer place to stay or a nicer owner to work with! We cannot wait to come back and I know you will enjoy your stay here!!!

Very well furnished three bedroom, three bath condo with beach access. The photos accurately depict the property. Very clean, well maintained with covered parking for one vehicle. Beach access and community pool are in close proximity. Wonderful open kitchen and family area.If possible, the Beach Club is worth the daily fee for food, refreshments and atmosphere. The beauty of this location is a person could be very happy just staying in or adjacent to the condo ( beach, pool,cooking in ) or exploring the rest of 30-A from this secure location. Rosemary Beach is 4 miles East and Seaside/Watercolor is 4 miles West, with so much to see and an excellent range of places to dine out.The owner was very interested in making our stay an excellent experience. I would go back to this residence again and I would definately recommend it to family and friends.
