On a acre corner lot that has been completely remodeled this property has a rural feeling with its serene setting and expansive views of Ohia tree tops and partial ocean views.

This home boasts spacious, airy high open ceilings with a cathedral like ambience with Italian ceramic tile floors throughout including the lanais. Ceiling fans and rattan furniture through out gives this coastal home a breezy island feel. The main living area consists of a great room that spans the kitchen, dining and living area and also encompasses the large covered porches on two sides of the house. The home consists of four bedrooms, three baths with a separate studio unit downstairs. Gourmet kitchen with oak cabinets, granite counter tops and all new appliances. The master bedroom suite is located on the upper level that provides privacy from the rest of the house. Furnished with a carved hardwood four poster bed with full bathroom. Downstairs there is a huge covered lanai connecting to the private entrance to the separate studio apartment. The studio has a kitchenette, full bath, a double bed and entertainment system. Laundry area includes washer and dryer.
