THIS CONDO IS BEACHFRONT!
Imagine enjoying your beachfront view of the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the sugar white sands of the beach on Okaloosa Island from your unit. The unit is located at the West end of the complex overlooking the beautifully landscaped grounds.
The unit has a beachfront master bedroom with an amazing view of the ocean, a 2nd floor balcony, king-sized bed, walk-in closet, two vanities, a jetted tub and a glass shower. The second bedroom has a king-sized bed and lots of room. The third bedroom has a bathroom with a glass shower and a Queen size bed. Two bunks are built into the hallway providing easy access to the 2nd bathroom. Extra bedding is provided in the full-sized sofa bed located in the family room. There are TVs and DVD players in the family room and all bedrooms.
All of the condo complexes located on Okaloosa Island are low rises, making the beaches much less crowded than other beaches of the Florida coast. We are located less than two miles from the Gulfarium, the fishing peer, and numerous excellent restaurants. Destin is located 6 miles away with many beautiful golf courses within minutes of the condo.

The condo unit also has a covered parking structure as well as a fitness center.

We had a wonderful stay at the condo. It has lots of room and was very clean. Some of the furniture and mattresses could be updated but it was still a wonderful trip!!! Thanks so much for sending someone to fix the hot water heater the day we told you it wasnt working. We will use your condo again!!

We just returned from a week at this condo and had a wonderful time with our kids and grandkids. There was plenty of room for all 10 of us (6 adults and 4 kids), and it's better than the pictures show. I was a little concerned about the size but it is very spacious. Glenn and Pat are so nice to work with and answered all of my questions within a very short time. We loved having the elevator right close to our door and the parking close by. We loved the pool (very large) and the 4 chairs at the beach. Such a nice treat! We were very impressed with the condo complex. It's so nice and the grounds are well taken care of. The location of this condo is great! We weren't in the crowds and could get any where in a very short time. We hope to return next year and will recommend this condo to everyone! Thanks for sharing it with us.

Lovely, very spacious, wonderful location, clean. This is a great condo and we will be coming back next year. The owners are wonderful to work with. The photos are true to life and the view and the area can't be beat.

My days of looking for a condo to stay each year are over. This unit was the perfect room for my family of four. Having the master bedroom facing the gulf was wonderful (haven't always had this). Two umbrellas with 4 chairs was probably the best amentity. The room looks exactly like the photos - clean, plenty of room, towels, bedding. The unit was right beside the elevator which is convienent for the many trips back and forth with the kids. I could go on and on. I will definity recommend this unit to my friends and will call Glenn again next year to book our fall break vacation. Glenn was very accomodating to my family and great to work with.

We stayed in this unit for a week in late May and were very pleased with the entire visit. The VRBO listing was accurate, the owners were very pleasant and responded promptly to queries, the unit was spacious and well equipped, and the complex itself was well maintained. Our favorite features were the two umbrellas and four chairs reserved for us on the beach, the large pool, workout room, BBQ facilities, short walk to Tom Thumb, moderate walk to the pier and beach shops, wireless Internet, and the gorgeous view from the balcony. The beach is a real treasure and we hope the BP oil spill does not tarnish it, because Okaloosa Island is our favorite early summer destination and we plan to come back. Even though the sand and water were spotless, you could tell business was down because even parties of 9 didn't have to wait for a table at popular restaurants. Traffic was light, many condos along the beach were dark, and Crab Island's attendance was down, but it was still May. Hopefully it's picked up since then. We encourage everyone to support this region's economy by vacationing on the Island. And this unit in particular is a terrific destination.

Very Nice Condo and Wonderful Beach Location

We go to Florida every spring break and typically stay in hotels right on the beach. This time we wanted more room for some extra family members and this condo fit the bill perfectly. The pictures and description on the website were accurate and the owner was very helpful and friendly. We actually had some questions once we arrived at the condo which we e-mailed to the owner, who then called us at the condo to give us the answers. Very much appreciated. The condo is well equiped and we really appreciated have a large kitchen and a washer and dryer during the week. We were able to save on eating out and not pack as many clothes. Waters Edge is a really nice condo complex and has one of the biggest pools we have ever seen at a hotel or condo right on the beach. The four chairs and two umbrellas included with the room was also very nice as we did not have to bring this stuff with us. Fort Walton Beach is a wonderful white sand beach with some of the prettiest water along the gulf shore. It is quieter than down the road in Destin which we appreciated, and much less crazy than Panama City which we have been to a couple times before. Would definitely recommend this condo to anyone considering this area.

This unit is on the second floor, so when you wake up each morning to a blue sky, the tops of the palm trees, and most important of all the lovely emerald waters and white sand beaches... What an awsome sight! The unit is very clean, well appointed and quite spacious. We look forward to the remaining 8 weeks we will be here as we escape the cooler weather back up north. This is our 6th year as Snowbirds, and this unit has everything we need to make us feel right at home. We would definately return to this unit.
