Why the Owner Chose Waters Edge
Driving to the beautiful beaches of Fort Walton Beach is really easy from Michigan or if we decide to fly the airport is only 10 miles from the condo (VPS). The water of the Gulf of Mexico is clear and the sand soft and white. The condo is located in a low rise area. After 30 years of looking, we discovered Fort Walton Beach, Florida on Okaloosa Island.
We enjoy kayaking, fishing, biking and walking.

The condo is located beachfront on the second floor with the beautiful Gulf of Mexico as your neighbor. Enjoy a morning walk on the white sand beach while the dolphins play in the surf. Swim in the crystal clear ocean water or the 5,000 square foot swimming pools, one that is heated when necessary. Great eating places are located with 1 mile of the condo. The condo unit also has a covered parking structure as well as a fitness center.

My wife and I grew up on the Great Lakes of Northern Michigan. Fort Walton Beach is just as beautiful as the beaches of Lake Michigan. We have 4 children who also love all water sports, hiking, biking, skiing and fishing. I have been teaching for 33 years as a special education teacher in Michigan, and my wife has been a stay at home mom.
