Our condominium is located in the South Seas Club, a 55 acre gated community. This beachfront condominium offers magnificent, unobstructed southwest views of the Beach, Gulf of Mexico, pool, and island from the fifth floor.
Completely remodeled, beautifully furnished, immaculate, this condominium is loaded with all amenities of home as we use it ourself. Fully-Equipped, open kitchen with breakfast bar Corian counters, electric fry pan and George Forman grill. Dining Room with built-in bar and storage space, living room with sectional leading on to the 40 foot balcony. All three rooms have glass sliding doors on to the balcony where you can lounge and eat out there and watch for the dolphins.
Master bedroom has a queen-size bed, full bath with stall shower, dressing room with built-in hair dryer, and many built-in drawers. Guest Bedroom has twin beds and full bath across the hall with glass shower doors and built-in hair dryer.
