About our Condo--Grand Pointe is a beachfront property-you walk down our boardwalk to the beach!...From our unit you will breath in the spectacular,panoramic views of three bodies of water, the Gulf of Mexico,Perdido Pass,Perdido Bay, and Ole River from our long covered porch accessed from the living room AND master bedroom...There is something for everyone in this large and airy upscale, modern, sunny,cheerful, condo with views of constant sailboat and yacht traffic. You can lie in bed with your coffee and delight in the water splendor! We especially like our view of the beachfront state park across the bridge--beautiful to see in its natural state--just dunes, sea oats, and the gulf--it looks islandish. The light hitting the water makes everything look turquoise.
Our 4th floor unit, convenient elevator access, features granite countertops, 9 foot ceilings, crown molding, ceiling fans, wet bar, jacuzzi tub in Mbr and Mbr walk in closet to make this your beach home away from home! Decorated in pottery barn style beach and nautical theme you'll love our unit at Grand Pointe, a unique gulf front gated property situated on 8 sandy white BEACHFRONT private acres.
Bring your 'fishing pole and fish from the rocks or the sea wall just below our condo. So convenient to the jetties (rock outcroppings) right below our condo---it's considered one of the most desirable areas for salt water fishing on the east Perdido Pass side. Some people scuba dive right outside our balcony! Walk to the beach through the dunes/sea oats on Grand Pointe's convenient boardwalk, enjoy the two pools one in (heated)and one out, and the two heated hot tubs, in and out. Fine dining and shopping across the street at San Roc Cay--have an afternoon massage there, book a fishing trip, go next door for a drink/dinner and enjoy the piano bar lounge at the Perdido Grand Resort. Don't forget to visit the famous Flora Bama lounge a hit with the younger crowd located two miles down the highway. You'll love it here as much as we do. lots to do and see, or just relax with a good book and stay beach or poolside!...

Yes. There is a one-time after departure housekeeping fee of $124.00, plus an Alabama lodging tax of 11% of the total rental,a $35.00 processing fee, and $17.00 for ONE parking pass into our gated and secure condo parking area...

We have two an indoor and outdoor pool(s)and they are large and awesome!
5. The undercover parking area is reserved for owners with the remainder of the parking spaces within Grand Pointe's GATED AND SECURE parking lot.

7. Minimum 3 day rental...the above prices are firm.

Yes! When the surf is up you will have lots of fun catching the waves and riding to shore--so much fun you won't want to come in!
The Perdido Pass Master bedroom has a queen size bed, the adjoining master bath features a Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, double vanity, and walk-in closet. The second guest room has a queen size bed, TV/DVD and full size adjoining bath with a tub and shower. The third guest room features twin beds with it's own bathroom with tub/shower. Also TV/DVD. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa, the complete kitchen features all major and small appliances
silverware, and dishes. Wet bar, full size washer and dryer, iron and board, and vacuum. The indoor heated pool area has huge glass windows that allow you to view the Perdido Pass channel/waterway to the Gulf and also the HUGE outdoor pool with large tanning area.

My husband and I had a wonderful five days in this great condo. The perfect place for us to relax and enjoy the boat activity on the Pass. Description of the condo is quite accurate. The condo is extremely clean and cheerful in decor. The owners have anticipated the needs of their guests and supplied many items that other rentals do not include. Would highly recommend. Would love to return.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, age 55+.
