Recently renovated Carolina Cottage within the lush community of Hidden Dunes located between San Destin and Destin, Florida. Hidden Dunes is 27 acres of paradise with magnolia, live oak, and pine trees leading to a wonderful wide beach with sugary white sand and the emerald green and royal blue Gulf of Mexico. With the closest beach access of the Cottages, the beach is just steps away from this unit but the tram can take you directly if you have lots to carry or want to save your legs for beach walks. From the screened in porch you can view spectacular fountains that lull you into relaxation and the unit is close to six tennis courts, steps to two large swimming pools (one heated for year-round use), and the communal grills are just outside the back door.
The cottage features open combined living WITH NEW 37" FLAT SCREEN TV, dining and kitchen areas with a pass through to the porch with a second breakfast bar and stools. A King, two Twins, a Queen sleeper sofa and a pac n play for baby provide night time comfort for you and your guests.
Because Hidden Dunes lies totally on the Gulf of Mexico side of US98 (Scenic Gulf Drive), is gated and has 24 hour security, children are safe to walk, bicycle, or play basketball or tennis, when they are not in one of the pools or at the beach.
Eating "in" is easy and enjoyable, but if you want to go out, Many restaurants are within a mile or two in San Destin and Destin. And, if by chance, you have had enough sun, there are lots of family activities like miniature golf, the Gulfarium, and cinemas. And be aware that the shopping cannot be surpassed!
The beach, sun, tennis courts and pools and lush paradise of Hidden Dunes are waiting for you.

We stayed in this unit for the weekend of Nov, 4th and had a wonderful time. The condo was perfect for our family and it is by far their favorite place now to stay in Destin. It was just as described, very comfortable, clean, and wonderful location. We loved everything!!! The owners couldn't have been nicer to work with and we will definitely be renting here again. I would recommend it for anyone looking for a perfect location in the Destin area that is quiet, secluded and beautiful.
Recommended for:Age 55+, adventure seekers, sightseeing, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.

This is a beautiful condo, we stayed Oct 2010 for a long weekend and were so comfortable and relaxed, it was like being at home. The beach is a very short walk, the sands were pristine and the water is crystal blue. The next time we come to Destin, I'll be asking about this rental again, Thanks BW!
