During Spring Break, we enjoyed 9 wonderful days at the Waikiki Banyan. We found the condo to be very clean and comfortable with an exceptionally well equipped kitchen. It's close to a safe beach for kids- they didn't want to leave the water! at the beach or in the pool. We walked to the zoo for a wonderful 4 hour visit (again the kids didn't want to leave). The water view was beautiful, and the photos we were shown depicted acurately everything we experienced. The single air bed worked very well for our grandson to sleep on. We had a rental car and found the free underground parking to be very convenient. We shopped at the Safeway store, 10 minute drive away, and made most of our own meals. We couldn't have wanted anything more, and it was a dream come true to be able to share it with our grandchildren. Thank you Wayne for renting to us and answering our questions beforehand.

This condo is exactly as described. It is spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. It is in a great location, one block away from the beach. We stayed here for 6 weeks and enjoyed every minute of it. The owner was always prompt at replying my e-mails.

We had a wonderful stay at Wayne and Joanne's unit in the Waikiki Banyan. Larger than other units in the complex, this particular unit has a seperate kitchen and spacious living/dining area. It is a corner unit, with views of the ocean from the bedroom and balcony. Well stocked and immacutely clean, we would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to friends. Wayne was prompt with his service and everything was clearly explained. Thank you Wayne for such a wonderful and inviting holiday accommodation!

My family and I stayed here for a week in July. Everything was as stated in the reviews and on this web page. We had a great stay and felt at home as soon as we arrived. The condo had everything we needed and more. Parking and access to the condo was easy. The location is great not to much foot traffic and yet close enougth to all of the action. The beach is so close and the view from the lanai is Awesome! When we come back we definately plan to stay here. I would recommend this condo to anyone who plans on visiting the Waikiki area. Wayne was very responsive to all of my inquiries and all of the instruction were clear and we had no problems gaining access.

I spent 10 days here in November 2010 - I had a great time. The location is great for someone who wants the action of Waikiki and yet have the home life of a condo while on vacation. You can walk to the beach, the aquarium, the Zoo and The Bus will take you anywhere on Oahu. I had a car and the parking was very convenient. There was security in the building and I was never nervous being along in this building. The photos are just what you get. It's well kept up and a lovely vacation spot. I loved the recreation deck with pool and chairs by the pool. The kitchen in the unit had what I needed and the chairs, towels and boogie boards were very much appreciated. I'd recommend this place to anyone. The owners were responsive and great to work with. A very pleasant stay.

We are a family of 5 and I can not think of a thing that any of us complained or commented negegively about the whole trip. Oh, maybe that we wanted to stay longer. The condo was even better than anticipated and the walk to the beach was a lot closer than we thought. We will definately return. We got to use the water toys that were available and even left a few new ones behind. The condo description was perfect and the location could not have been better. The contact both local and the owner were so easy to work with. What a fantastic place. Mahalo

We had a really great time!!!! The Condo was perfect for all five of us and was very close to the beach. The beach chairs, beach towels, and boogie boards really made the beach experience a lot more fun. My husband and I really enjoyed sitting on the balcany each morning drinking coffee waiting for the kids to wake up. Thanks

Condo was excellent - clean and tidy, and bigger than suggested in the pictures. We loved the 'extras' left by the owner - beach toys etc. and the additional inflatable bed and bedding was very helpful (our kids hate sharing a bed). Waikiki Banyon is well located at the 'family' end of Waikiki; access to the beach a very easy walk, and bus stops outside. We used the free parking overnight when we rented a car to explore Ohau. Wayne (owner) was very helpful with suggestions and advice as this was our first time in Hawaii. I would highly recommend this accomodation fof families looking for a great value self catering option in Waikiki.

This was a great place. The owner Wayne always got back to us promptly with all of our questions. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our family (towels,linens, boogy boards etc.). We have stayed in 9 other condos in the Banyan over the years and this has to be the best by far. Thanks for renting to us and see you next year.

We had a great stay at this condo. It was spacious for the four of us. There are plenty of towels and the laundry room is just outside the door. The condo is very clean. The owners got back to us promptly and even gave recommendations. Very helpful to us for the first two days. This location of the condo is very good. You can even get a good view of the sunset right from the condo.

We stayed there from 05/29/08-06/06/08. The condo is clean and roomy. Full kitchen is great since we have two little kids. The location is excellent as it's a short walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants. We had a great view of the firework on the beach from the lanai. We had a great time!

Hi Joanne, Just wanted to let you guys know your condo was very nice and convenient. We enjoyed the views and walks along beach and shops….we truly enjoyed our whole holiday! Kaliua Beach, Waimea Bay, Sandy Beach, Hanuma Bay….all gorgeous. All your baby supplies came in soooo handy…great place, I would recommend your condo to our friends and family. Anyone interested in a great place to stay in Waikiki,this is it. The condo was larger than most with a full kitchen.We have 2 kids and the kitchen was great. The owners got back to us promptly whenever we had a questions.We have stayed in other condos in the waikiki banyan before and this would have to be the cleanest. The owners have boogie boards available for the kids to use which was great and folding beach chairs for the adults and kids.
