Set on beautiful Cofresi Beach our privately owned Condo is located on the 3rd & 4th floors of a 4 story building. It boasts views of the ocean, mountains and surrounding area that will linger long after your vacation.
Club Paradise is a complex made up of 5 residential buildings consisting of 24 privately owned units. The waterfall pool and immaculate tropical grounds create an atmosphere for relaxation and pleasure. It is a gated community with 24 hour security only yards from the beach, Ocean World/Water Park, Casino/Marina.
Maria, our full time housekeeper will welcome you upon arrival. She is learning more and more of the English language everyday. Along with her delicious home-cooked meals, Maria will also tend daily to your housekeeping needs such a laundry, dishes and bedding.
A short stroll along the beach offers you a variety of restaurant choices from casual to elegant dining.
We have loved every vacation at Playa Cofresi and hope you have the opportunity to experience our dream getaway...We can still "see the ocean" long after our return...

Was there with family and friends great view casino local stores resorts all walking distance and best dance club in town also ocean world just like sea world, great value well worth itNfriends was surprise by penthouse

My family and I spent 2 weeks in one of the most beautiful condo's in the Dominican Republic. In Cofresi, our condo was strategically placed so that my family and I could walk to the beach which was very calm and safe enough even for our smaller children. Apparently, our cove was protected by a natural barrier which is readily accessible by boat, kayak or raft. We swam in the clear turquoise unblemished ocean and snorkeled along the rocks that border the Ocean World park. The citizens of Cofresi would visit the beach mainly on the weekends giving us ample opportunity to converse in Spanish since this was definetly not your typical tourist trap. Cofresi is pleasantly unknown to many so we did not deal with the common burdens of tourists. We did have a car which allowed us to visit surrounding towns, eat local dishes and converse with many different people. From touring the majority of the northern coast, Cofresi was my favorite due to the luxuriously furnished condo placed in a serene upscale beach front neighborhood. I must add my wife enjoyed the hard meticulous work done by Maria and her delicous Dominican cusine...! My wife and I wanted to purchase a home in Cofresi but with 4 more children enroute to college we have to delay. Congratulations on such a beautiful property and we look forward to returning in the near future.
