This 4000 sq ft three bedroom - four bathroom City and Mountain View home is located on one of the most exclusive streets in Hollywood Hills also known as “The Celebrity Streets” (ie: many celebrities reside here). It has views over the skyline and it is neighbor to some of the most expensive and award winning homes in Beverly Hills and Hollywood Hills, CA.
This home is spread over two floors with the kitchen, swimming pool, living spaces and maid/nanny/guest bedroom located on the ground floor. The other two bedrooms, including the large master bedroom with its spa like bath and extra large private deck are on the second floor. The city views are amazing while you relax in bed or sip a cup of coffee from the deck.
The dining table holds a party of 12 and you can enjoy the City Lights of Los Angeles while dining.
This elite residence has large flat screen TV's, with cable and DVD players. Play a game of billiards while enjoying the surround sound system, enjoy the fireplaces, or enjoy a fine Cigar next to the chic fire pit. Enjoy broadband Internet and a collection of DVD's.

I love, love this house. Its only 3 minutes from the Sunset Strip, The views are to die for, the house is super chic and sexy. The service was outstanding. This beats staying at a hotel any day. We have just returned from a six night stay in this property and absolutely loved it. It is in an amazing location. The view is stunning and the decor is really modern and luxurious. My family and I stayed here for a week in August 2010. The location was perfect - close enough to walk to restaurants and bars on Sunset, but being in the hills, a quiet location at night. My entire family loved the place. The house was of a very high standard and the views over LA were fabulous. I have no hesitation in recommending this rental and when I return to LA for another vacation will definitely try to rent here again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car.

Dear Hector, Last night was a huge success, and your house was the center piece of a great night. Everyone was greatly impressed and we all had a night that will always be remembered. Thank you again for sharing your house with us. Also, thank you for letting us spend the night...the evening view was spectacular and everything was so comfortable. In the meantime, just to let you know we checked out today at 11:30 a.m. and called Patty prior to check out to inform her that we were leaving and that per Adrian's instructions we left the key in the mailbox. Also, in respect for you and your house we cleaned the house as if it was our own place. I also cleaned the Grill :) as agreed. In fact, I think we went a little overboard with the cleaning and did not leave much for the house cleaners to do :). Finally, I accidentally left our camera in the guest bathroom on the first floor and was wondering if the cleaners may have found it and turned it over to you? Our family stayed here last summer, and we thouroughly enjoyed our vacation. The house was immaculate, bright, sunny and very comfortable. The location is, likewise, perfect: in the hills with a nice view and set on a quiet street, but only a minute from Sunset. The only downside, and the reason I didn't rate this five stars, is that the pool is unheated, and during our stay in an unseasonably cold summer we only used it perhaps once. With a poolheater, I'd rate this a five.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway.

I visited my family for a week a few weeks ago, this property was a perfect fit for me. It was secluded, quite and beautiful. The views were amazing the service they provided was five stars. It was better than staying in a hotel. I am going to come back next summer and stay at this property again if available, they are the nicest people and the house is to die for!Recommended for: Sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, girls getaway.
