Our Non-Smoking condo in the Four Winds Condominiums has been newly redecorated and is located just ten minutes south of St. Augustine in Crescent Beach, one of the "most beautiful" (less crowded) beaches in Florida, known for its lovely white sand.
We have a two bedroom townhouse (with 1295 square feet of living space on two floors). The bedrooms and 2 full baths are upstairs, and 1/2 bath downstairs with the livingroom, dining area, and newly remodled kitchen. We have a partial oceanview to the east, and a view of the Intercoastal Waterway to the west (sunrise and sunset). There is a king bed in the master bedroom, and a queen bed and futon (that makes into a double bed) in the 2nd bedroom. All the comforts of home are provided including a full-size washer and dryer (in the unit).
The complex has two heated swimming pools and a tennis court onsite, with a private boardwalk leading to our beach, where you can enjoy sunbathing, swimming, surfing, or "walking" the beach and shelling. The condo also has boat parking available on site, and a boat ramp one half mile from the unit.
Nearby attractions include: Downtown St. Augustine, Alligator Farm, Fine Dining and shopping (many antique stores and outlet malls), Championship Golf Courses and the World Golf Hall of Fame, deep sea fishing, sightseeing tours, and art galleries.
Our condo is ideally located for a wonderful vacation getaway as we are between Jacksonville and St. Augustine to the North, and Daytona Beach and the Orlando attractions to the South.
