Located high over the quiet residential neighborhood of Cul de Sac, our villa has a sweeping view on the islands of Tintamarre, Pinel, Green Caye, St Barth, and of course the beauty of Orient Beach, well known by our American guests !

Whether enjoyed from the pool or from the terrace, the scenery is simply incredible .

Newly constructed in 2005, and beautifully furnished in a contemporary resort style, the villa offers four independent bedrooms with private access, all of them being equipped with king size beds, air conditioning, fans, private bathrooms .

One of them is even equipped with a kitchen !

Our villa has a big living room (120 m²), and the open kitchen is fully equipped .

The plan has been designed with guests in mind to offer privacy for all .
