Well-kept Oceanfront home on huge lot with plenty of parking in secluded Sound Sea Village in north duck. You have a private boardwalk to the beach which is closer than most other oceanfront homes and only a few steps up and down the dune, not entire flights of stairs! Newer concrete pool, hot tub, and carpet just installed. Wifi, basketball hoop, regulation sized volleyball and horseshoe pits provide plenty of entertainment for your family.
Ground floor has a bunk bedroom with shared hallway bathroom plus washer & dryer. Mid floor has a queen bedroom with shared hall bath, another queen bedroom, and two twins in the other bedroom, plus full hall bath with sitting area & TV. The top floor has a queen bedroom w shared hall bath, kitchen, living room, dining room, and real wood burning fireplace to keep you warm in the off-season!
Friday turnover for 2008 (some exceptions)then it switches to Saturday turnover for 2009. Sleeps 11 in 2008, more bedding to be added for 2009 to make 15. $150 pool heat fee for september, october, may, june, and $300 all other months. Pool Heat is via heat pump. Well behaved housebroken pets allowed. Rates do not include taxes. 50% of total due to reserve, this is non refundable unless we find a replacement, in which case there is a $275 cancellation fee. At least one-third of renters must be aged 25. No smoking inside! |
