145 Duck Landing Ln is right next door to indoor heated community pool! The first floor has two bedrooms which share a bathroom (1 Q and two bunks), a den with pool table, foosball, & wet bar with fridge. The second floor has a den with sleeper sofa and a gas fireplace and 4 bedrooms (1 King, 3 Queens), each with their own private bathroom. The third level is the main living area with a huge master suite (King bed). Then there's two lofts another floor higher! One loft has a queen master bedroom, and the other loft is a sitting room with gorgeous ocean views. There's two carports, porch swing & Adirondack furniture on decks. The enormous Bermuda Grass back yard has regulation Volleyball and Horseshoe courts. There's beautiful heated pool & hot tub plus the clubhouse's indoor heated pool is right next door! Only 190 ft to the beach access.
There's an office which has free wireless internet and fax machine. Linens are not provided with rates as posted, please request quote. Saturday turnover for 2009. $150 pool heat fee for september, october, may, june, and $295 all other months. Pool Heat is via heat pump. Well behaved housebroken pets allowed. Rates do not include taxes. 50% of total due to reserve, this is non refundable unless we find a replacement, in which case there is a $275 cancellation fee. At least one-third of renters must be aged 25. No smoking inside! no pitbulls, cats, chihuahuas or dogs under 1 year old.
