145 Duck Landing Ln is right next door to indoor heated community pool! The first floor has two bedrooms which share a bathroom (1 Q and two bunks), sleeper sofa (coming for 2011), a den with pool table, foosball, & wet bar with fridge. The second floor has a den with sleeper sofa and a gas fireplace and 4 bedrooms (3 Kings, 1 Queen), each with their own private bathroom. The third level is the main living area with a huge master suite (King bed). Then there's two lofts another floor higher! One loft has a queen master bedroom, and the other loft is a sitting room with a double-kid sized sleeping pad with gorgeous ocean views (must bring your own pillows and 2 flat sheets if you plan on using this area). There's a carport, porch swing & Adirondack furniture on decks. The enormous Bermuda Grass back yard has regulation Volleyball and Horseshoe courts. There's beautiful heated pool & hot tub plus the clubhouse's indoor heated pool is right next door! Only 190 ft to the beach access.
There's an office which has free wireless internet and fax machine. starting with all new rez's after 4/1/11...Linens can be rented through us for a 15% discount through local vendor. Contact us for pricing. $200 pool heat fee, $150 in june and sept. Pool Heat is via heat pump, so it may not work during cold snaps. Well behaved housebroken pets allowed. Rates do not include taxes of 12.75% (11.75% after 7/1/11) and $50 security deposit waiver fee. 50% of total due to reserve, this is non refundable unless we find a replacement, in which case there is a $275 cancellation fee. 25% down is possible if 50% is not feasible for your situation. At least one-third of renters must be aged 25. No smoking inside! no pitbulls, cats, or dogs under 1 year old. Tenants are responsible for supplying propane refills for grille.

We travel every year with 8 adults and 9 kids (ages 14-2). This house was perfect for everyone! It is not easy to find a house that meets all of our needs. This home did just that! The size, the layout (kid area downstairs) as well as the location of the house made this a fabulous stay. The house was well stocked with plates, utensils, etc and the beds were extremely comfy. The rec center next door with the indoor pool, workout room, kiddie pool and tennis court was a highlight of the stay. The cul-de-sac location made it a safe area for the kids to bike and skate. The pool at the house was clean and fun for all the kids.The close proximity of the beach access path made trips back and forth quick. We saw dolphins off the beach everyday and on our last day 2 whales played in the wave break for hours! The house and Duck made this one of the best big family vacations we have ever taken! Thank you!

Our family decided to rent a house instead of getting hotel rooms for a wedding. We were able to extend our vist a few extra days because it was more economical to stay at this house then several hotel rooms. This house was perefect!!!!. The kitchen is large, the family and dining rooms are also very large and are right off the kitchen (an open space area). This is a wonderful "set up" for Moms that are normally stuck in the kitchen preparing meals. The club house next door was wonderful. The house was neat and clean. The bottom floor where the foosball and pool table was located was a wonderful area for the kids to play. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOUSE TO ANY FAMILY. It was a wonderful way for all of us to get together.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.
