Thanks for your interest in the Pineland House. We are always upgrading our home to make your stay comfortable. We now have added another golf cart - a 4 seater Club Car.
This is a beautiful, newer home, well maintained and located in the small, private community of Isle of Pines. We have recently added glorious king and queen pillowtop beds for your comfort! Enjoy the year-round heated outdoor pool where you can relax and work on your tan. Have fun driving around the neighbor and beyond in golf carts.
Launch your boat at the Pineland Marina across the street. Boat rentals are available at the north end of the island at the Four Winds Marina. Kayak launch is down the street and there is parking along the street. Popular launch site and at times fills up early. You may always drive back to the house and ride the golf cart back if you want.
Alden Pines Country Club (public course) is an 18-hole regulation length golf course. Club house facilities are open to the public. The course is a short layout but has adequate
length for a regulation course. Wide fairways, moderately difficult approach shots and greens await golfers looking for low scores.
Stay a week or longer. Seasonal or long term rates are also available.

- Air Conditioning : Our home has air conditioning. Cools quickly! But when it's chilly outside, warm and toasty inside.
- Linens Provided : We have lots of linens for your use. Two sets of sheets for each bed, many pillows, lots of towels, wash clothes and beach towels available for the pool
- Washer : Brand new washer and dryer next to kitchen located in a laundry room.
- Dryer : New dryer is in unit, next to washer
- Covered Parking : We are storing our 32' trailer under the house, however there is plently of room to store your trailer and park another car. In the driveway,there is room for another 4 cars if needed.
- Parking for RV/Boat/Trailer : We have a 10' clearance under the house for a trailer and a short boat.

- King Bed : Brand new pillowtop king bed. Have a great night's sleep.
- Queen Bed : New pillowtop queen bed. Everyone fights over who will be sleeping here!
- Twin/Single Bed : We have thought about replacing these with a queen, however, with kids staying at the house they will do just fine

- Cable/Satellite TV : We have Comcast on two televisions. In the living room there is a 42" HDTV and the master bedroom has another 37" HDTV.

- Video Library : We now have over 300 DVD's available for your use during your stay with us.

- Shared Pool : A beautiful pool is just around the corner from our home. You can either walk across a field or ride in the golf cart. There are lounge chairs and table and chairs for dini.ng. The pool also has a gas grill available for your use. There is a rest room on site by the pool

- Full Kitchen : Just about anything you would like to have in your kitchen is waiting for you. We've started off your stay with cleaning supplies and a few basics to hold you over until you can get to the store.

Pineland House is a perfect location to play golf, fish, walk the dog, or just hang out! The golf carts (2) make it easy to get to Alden Pines G.C. (2 minutes). We loved the quiet, private location and although we didn't use the pool, it looked very inviting. Karl & Nancy called to make sure everything was OK the day after we arrived. They are excellent hosts and make sure that you want for nothing! Pineland House is well stocked with everything you could think of and more. We have already made reservations for two extra weeks next year (1 month total). If you want to visit Pine Island and stay in an excellent, afforable lodging, don't pass up the Pineland House!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, pet owners, age 55+, sightseeing.

We loved this house. It was so nice and so well set up for a great vacation. All the beds were comfy and the location was perfect for us. The kids loved the pool and had a wonderful time getting to ride in the golf cart. The yard has some of the most beautiful flowers on all of Pine Island. We hope to be back again real soon!!!
