This beautiful, Non-Smoking villa is located in an exclusive gated community with excellent resort-style amenities including a 7500 square foot clubhouse consisting of a large Olympic-size pool, separate toddler pool and spa, a sundry shop, fully-equipped gym, a 58 seat movie theater, basketball and tennis courts, pool and table tennis tables, barbecue and picnic areas, as well as a children's playground. Complementing these amenities is the location which is approximately three miles from Orlando's greatest attractions and Disney.
The excellent Mystic Golf Club, a new public 18 holes golf course is located within walking distance of the resort. Just minutes away is a 24-hour grocery store and shopping complexes. You can also enjoy lots of great restaurants nearby. TGI Fridays, Red Lobster, Carraba's Italian Grill, Outback, Key W Kools, and Giordano's are within easy driving distance of the resort.
This beautiful villa features four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Two queen size master suites each with its own private bath and two additional bedrooms each with two twin beds and sharing the third bathroom. There is also a sleep sofa if needed. For your comfort the house has five TV sets and two DVD units.
The home is located in the top class vacation resort Windsor Palms and guests have full access to all the resort facilities. There is also a shuttle service to attractions (against a small fee).
There is a kids playroom with books, toys, blackboard etc. and a gameroom with ping pong and darts to keep everyone entertained.
Our home is fitted with child safety alarms on all doors leading to the screened pool.
Our professional management company is located near our home and is available 24 hours a day should you have any problem, so no driving around for miles to collect the keys. Your rental experience at Windsor Palms begins with the check-in at the 24/7 manned security gate. Simply drive up to the guard, show your reservation and key and let the fun begin.

First two weeks of January we visited your home with two more families, we had a wonderful time, the weather some days was cool but having the pool heated we have used the pool nearly every day. Staying at your home we had the opportunity to thoroughly enjoy our first visit to Orlando. Your home was everything we had hoped for and we look forward to a return visit.
