There is also a pond in the backyard appoximately 75 ft. away which freezes in the winter. No children or adults should walk on this ice as it may be thin.

We are a family of four from sunny South Florida. We love Florida but we also love to ski. We visited Park City, UT for the Sundance Film Festival in 2005 and fell in love with the quaint town and great powder snow.

Our family of five with teenagers stayed in Fawngrove for a week of skiing in January 2010 and we give it five stars. Underground parking for our rental car was a very nice feature as it snowed while we were there. The property had sidewalks cleared immediately and city roads were quickly cleared with no inconvenience experienced. Very large unit, open floor plan, warm and inviting, comfortable furniture with nice appointments and very clean. Being a corner unit felt more like a house with unobstructed views of the mountains through walls of windows. Well stocked kitchen not normally found in rentals. Clean linens, comfortable beds. Loved the layout, gave everyone plenty of space upstairs with privacy in downstairs master bedroom. Easy access to Deer Valley and Park City restaurants, grocery stores and downtown shopping area either by car or bus services. We had a wonderful time and would book this unit again.

My husband and I stayed at Suzie's Fawngrove condo over Labor Day weekend. Fawngrove is in a great location in Lower Deer Valley with easy access to Park City. Her unit is on the end with lots of windows, privacy & a great picnic table - all with views of Deer Valley ski mountain and the pond. The beds were very comfortable with nice linens & pillows. TV's had precise operating directions (not always the case w/ private rentals), kitchen was well stocked, and bathrooms had clean towels and all appropriate amenities. We had lots of space and overall, it was very comfortable and could easily accomodate up to 7 people. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to our friends. Enjoy your trip to Park City~! My husband and I stayed at this property for one month last summer. We absolutely loved it. The property was exactly as it was depicted in the pictures online. The property had everything we could have asked for. It was super clean and well-maintained. The owners were very easy to work with. The property, in our opinion, is the most well located unit in the area. If I were still skiing, this would be where I would want to be. Convenient to everything and the views are terrific! We would recommend this to anyone and plan on using it again.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children.
